October-December 2009


Javier P. – USA   8 years

Physio: Javier has been very healthy this period.

Physically: He has been running better and is generally more coordinated. He has been writing more as well.

Intellectually: His vision has improved, as he perceives depth perception better. He is reading more words and reading early reader books better than before. He is more focused and he is following instructions better. He has better spatial awareness and is starting to get concepts of math. His language is better and he is better understood by people that don’t know him.

Socially: He is transitioning from one situation to another much better now. He no longer has big tantrums as before. His eye contact has improved and he is less aggressive. At his last visit he would get angry and frustrated 3 times a week and now at most it will be 1 time. If he does get upset, it is easier to calm him down. He is now also starting to feel true remorse. 


Noah S. – USA   22 months

Physio: His seizures are less intense and he has been gaining weight.

Physically: Noah is much looser and he is moving better down an inclined floor and smile when he gets to the bottom. He has loved the swimming.

Intellectually: He is seeing better and he has been making more sounds. He has been understanding and responding to more words said to him.  He has been making more happy sounds.

Socially: He has been much more cheerful and outgoing. He is trying to interact more with parents and he is just beginning to observe new environments. 

Neurological Age Changes: His current rate is 154& better than his initial rate before starting program.


Isaiah R. – USA   2 years 10 months

Physically: He has been crawling on a flat floor and is moving better in general.

Intellectually: His vision is better and he can now see 8 feet away and his nystagmus has significantly improved. He is doing well with his education program and has been noticing more of his pictures. He is responding better to voice inflection and he is reasoning better. He is also responding more to basic commands. He has been laughing more and has more sounds. The volume of his voice is louder as well.

Socially: He is starting to imitate smiles now and he is starting to be more curious as well. 


D. S. – USA   11.5 years

Physio: D. has had good energy lately and her social life has been good as well.

Physically: Overall, she is better coordinated and doing better in physical activities.

Intellectually: Academically, she is continuing to do as well as her peers if not better.

Socially: Socially she has been doing better this period and she overall continues to be a very pleasant child. 

Neurological Age Changes: Her overall growth rate is currently over 100% better than her initial rate before starting program.


Max W. – USA  2 years

Physio: Overall he has been less irritable and hits and scratches himself less.

Physically: He is crawling almost on a completely flat floor. He has been trying to grab things more with his hands.

Intellectually: He has been tracking his vision more consistently at home. He also he has been understanding basic commands better and has been understanding more words. He has been making more sounds and his voice is louder.

Socially: He has been adjusting himself better to his daily routine. He has been more curious in new places and he has been much more alert. He also has been interacting more with mother and seeking more affection. 

Neurological Age Changes: His overall growth rate is 352% faster than his initial rate before starting program.


Chase G. - USA  2.5 years

Physically: He is almost crawling on a flat floor and he starting to use his legs more.

Intellectually: His depth perception has improved. He is less bothered by sounds. He is understanding more words and basic phrases. He is starting to understand two step instructions. He also has started to communicate with sign language more consistently. He is also verbally making more sounds.

Socially: He has been playing more interactive games. He gets less easily upset. He has been asserting himself more and his eye contact has improved. His play has been more purposeful and in fact he has started to enjoy sword fights with his brothers. 


Leif T. - Norway 9 years

Physio: He is now eating whole solid foods and chewing better. His health has been generally good.

Physically: He can now crawl a few meters on the flat floor. He is using his hands better and has started to communicate by pointing his finger at a choice board.

Intellectually: He is recognizing more words and has been learning some numbers. His understanding continues to improve and he is more aware of what is happening with his program in the day. He is also following 2 step instructions better. He is making a lot more sounds as well.

Socially: He is expressing more emotions. He is interacting more with others around him and he is starting to smile in response to a smile. He is starting to play more basic games and he is better at occupying himself when left alone in a room.

Neurological Age Changes: His overall growth rate is currently 8 times faster than his initial growth rate before starting the program.


Mikkel S. - Norway 3 years 8 months

Physio: Overall his reflux has been less.

Physically: He has better control of his head. He is also using his hands better. 

Intellectually: He is tracking his vision better. He also is starting to recognize and identify different black and white pictures. He is starting to understand English phrases and he understands basic instructions and questions like “are you thirsty”. He also has been making more sounds.

Socially: He has been interacting more with caregivers and family around him. He enjoys Mom singing to him. He is more curious about different things.

Neurological Age Changes: His overall growth rate is 177% faster than his initial growth rate before starting program.


Federico D. - Italy 18 years

Physio: Federico has been in good health this past period.

Intellectually:  He is understanding is continuing to be at peer level and he is doing well in school.

Socially: He is socializing and getting along with others much better.

Neurological Age Changes: His overall growth rate continues to be 120% faster than his initial rate before starting program.


Chapman B. - USA 11 years

Physio: Chapman has been in better health and overall is less easily irritated. He is eating more through his mouth instead of the G-Tube. He chewing has improved. He is sleeping well and his digestion has greatly improved.

Intellectually: He is recognizing images more consistently. His understanding has improved as well and he is betting at getting concepts such as he better hurry with breakfast to catch his bus to school. This period he was able to sit through a 3-hour theater piece. He has been speaking more in school.

Socially: He has been more calm and less easily upset. It is also easier for him to calm himself down if he is upset. He has been seeking more eye contact. He has been imitated more behavior and has started to test his limits.

Neurological Age Changes: His overall growth rate is 297% better than his initial rate before starting program 2 years ago.


Taylor D. - USA 7 years 10 months

Physio: Overall he has been in good health. 

Physically: Taylor is more coordinated and has been riding a bike well.

Intellectually: His reading has improved as well as his understanding. He understands more and more detailed information and is problem solving on how he can be accepted by other kids. He rarely stutters and he is better about finding the right word to say. He is also having more conversations with others vs. him just giving a monologue. Much more of an exchange in ideas!

Socially: He has been smiling to a smile more consistently. His ability to transition from one situation to another is much better. His meltdowns have become just tantrums now that he can more easily get over from. He is now enjoying more fantasy play and he is more truly feeling remorse. He is more willing to engage with a group of other kids.

Neurological Age Changes: His overall growth rate is 110%, which is 164% faster than his initial rate before starting program a little over a year ago.


Keila L. - France 10 years

Physio: Keila has been more calm, focused and in good health.

Physically: Her coordination and running have improved.

Intellectually:  Her reading is continuing to improve. She is better able to follow instructions at home.  She is talking more in sentences and they are longer sentences as well.

Socially: She has become much more cooperative and instead of having tantrums every day, she now has them 1-2 times a week! She has been helping out more at home and she has now been trying to develop relationships with other children.

Neurological Age Changes: Her overall growth rate is 157% better than her initial rate before starting program 2 years ago and in the last 7 months her growth rate has been 157% (comparing her chronological and neurological gains).


Theodore S. - USA 1 year 11 months

Physio: Theodore has been in good health since last visit

Physically: He is continuing to crawl well down the incline floor.

Intellectually: He has been tracking light better with his vision.  He is picking up tones of voice better and he is more attentive to different sounds. H also has been making more sounds.

Socially: He has been expressing more needs via his different cries.


Liam M. - USA 10 years 10 months

Physically: He is better at learning new sports and following the rules of them as well. His handwriting has become more spontaneous and his sentences are longer.

Intellectually: He has been better at following instructions and he is continuing to improve his reading.

Socially: He has been problem solving more in social situations. He has been more consistent in modifying his behavior. He also is more specific in explaining why he is upset or frustrated about something.

Neurological Age Changes: His overall growth rate is 125%, which is 224% better than his initial growth rate before starting program a little over a year ago.


Isaiah B. - USA 5.5 years

Physio: Overall Isaiah has been calmer. His sleep has been better as well.

Physically: He is more coordinated and he is running and hopping well. His drawing of people is much more detailed and he has started to write his name.

Intellectually: His reading has improved and he is identifying words more consistently. He is following instructions much better now. He is less distracted and can sit and listen to stories for longer periods of time. His language has greatly improved and the detail in his stories is more in depth than before.

Socially: He misses parents more when they are not around. He is much better at reading social clues and will verbally recognize changes in other peoples’ emotions. His transitioning skills have become much better. His eye contact has overall improved as well. 

Neurological Age Changes: His growth rate this period was 282%, which is 497% better than his initial growth rate before starting program 8 months ago.


“Elli” B. - USA 5.5 years

Physically: She is better balance and more coordinated overall. She is also continuing to draw well and is starting to write.

Intellectually: She is better at recognizing all the letters of the alphabet and she is recognizing more words as well. She is better at following directions. She is following basic board games better at home and is more patient to listen to stories. She is telling stories well compared to her peers and is better at sequencing events that happened.

Socially: She is transitioning better now and parents don’t have to prepare her as much before changing activities. Her eye contact with others has improved. She is also better at explaining her emotions.  

Neurological Age Changes: Her growth rate this period has been 397%, which is over 658% (6 times) faster than her initial growth rate before starting program 4 and a half months ago.


Taylor T. - USA 11 years 9 months

Physio: Taylor has been generally in good health this period. His digestion is better. He has been sleeping well and his appetite is good.

Physically: His walking is more stable and he holds his head up better.

Intellectually: He is identifying words more consistently. He is much more aware of the schedule in his day. He has been problem solving more in finding ways to get parents’ attention when he wants something. He understands a lot more of what is said to him throughout the day.  He has been making more of a variety of sounds. In general he has been trying to communicate he needs more.

Socially: Taylor is showing more emotions and for the first time will be aware he is alone in the room and get upset. If a toy is broken, he will now bring it to parents. He will come over now and show parents he wants to help- but doesn’t know how yet.  

Neurological Age Changes: His overall growth rate is still 416% better than his initial rate before starting program almost 3 years ago.


Mariana P. – USA 4 years 11 months

Physio: Overall her health has been pretty good and she is sleeping well.

Physically: She has been trying to stand more on her own for several seconds.

Intellectually: She is less distracted by sounds in her environment. She appreciates brief explanations of what is to happen in her day and she continues being read to short stories. She has been speaking more in sentences and at times will put 2-3 sentences together. Her language is also clearer.

Socially: She is curious about new social situations. She will problem solve more in how she can help with the baby at home. She is playing well with other children and can take turns, follow the rules and ask appropriate questions. She has been sharing her emotions more in different situations.

Neurological Age Changes: This period, her growth rate has been 100%, which is 171% better than her initial growth rate before starting program 6 and a half months ago.


David R. - USA 5 years

Physio: He has been calmer and has been in good health.

Physically: He is running better and he is using his hands better.

Intellectually: He is matching pictures with words more consistently and he can identify most of his letters and numbers. He enjoys being read to Dr. Seuss books. He is starting to have better spatial awareness. He is more aware of people talking about him and he will cover his ears. He understands the weekly routine better now and will get upset if something has changed. He has been communicating more via a talking device and at home he has been repeating words more. He has been babbling a lot more but also is saying meaningful words more consistently. 

Socially: He is much more aware of things happening around him and he has been much more curious in new environments. He has been giving more eye contact and he is showing more interest in what his brother is doing. Enjoys riding his bike on the playground. He will now express frustration when told no or when he does not want to do something. He is also starting to imitate behavior more.  

Neurological Age Changes: His overall growth rate is still 140% better than his initial rate before starting program a little over a year ago.


K. Martin - USA  2 years

Physio: K. has been in great health and he has made great gains in eating and drinking. He also has been swallowing much better.

Physically: He has been crawling more consistently down the inclined floor at home.  He also has been using his hands better.

Intellectually: He is tracking light better and he can see further away. He is more aware of sounds happening around him. He is recognizing Dad’s voice and he is recognizing other people more by their voice when they enter the room. He is making more sounds and they are becoming more meaningful. 

Socially: He has started to show more preference and is enjoying company. He is showing more enjoyment in general in his daily life.   


Patrick J. - Canada 15 years

Physio: Patrick’s health has been good and he has lost 45 pounds since starting the program. 

Physically: It is easier for him to get around and he has been enjoying learning new activities such as skating. He is running much better and can now hop on one foot.

Intellectually: His understanding is much better and he is more focused. He is also less bothered by sounds. He is speaking in longer sentences and his conversations are more of exchanges with other people which he did not do before. When he is talking about something he did yesterday, he is giving more detail. He also has been giving more insight when he talks about things he notices. 

Socially: He has been showing more affection and getting along better with his family. He was able to spend at least 3 hours out with Dad one day, which wasn’t possible without a problem last time. They had a great time. He has been showing more concern for others. He will learn how to do new things when others show him how to do it. He has been experimenting a lot more with different objects. His eye contact has improved and he doesn’t get as easily upset as before. In fact he hasn’t had a melt down in 3-4 months. He is feeling more pride and remorse and sees the connection between his behavior and consequences.

Neurological Age Changes: His overall growth rate is 242% better than his initial rate before starting program only 6 months ago.


Valmai T. - Norway 10 years

Physio: Valmai has been in good health and hasn’t had any seizures. His appetite has been good and his digestion is doing well. 

Physically: His rigidity is much less. His creeping has continued to improve. His physical structure has been much better this period. His manual function also has improved and he is writing better.

Intellectually: His reading continues to be at peer level and his understanding has been continuing to develop well. His language is continuing to get better.

Socially: His behavior has been much better and he is more mature in his conduct. He no longer cries as easily as before.

Neurological Age Changes:His overall growth rate is 155% better than his initial rate before starting program a year and a half ago.


Gabbi R. - USA 4 years

Physio: Gabbi’s health has been better. She had last visit a draining fistula, which no has healed nicely. 

Physically: She has been starting to take her first steps and she is more coordinated in her movement.

Intellectually: She is following basic instructions better. If something changes in her daily routine, she will get confused therefore she is more aware of her day. She understands a two-step sequence of events that is supposed to happen in the day. She has been saying more consonant sounds.

Socially: She understands more the connection between her behavior and consequences.


Torin E. - USA 7 years

Physio: Torin’s health has been generally good this past period.

Physically: He is better at following the rules and playing sports games such as soccer and his ability to learn sports is quicker than before as well.

Intellectually: His reading is continuing to improve. He also understands different concepts better. In his speech he has been using a lot more metaphors and has been speaking more in paragraphs. His explanation of events is more detailed and longer.

Socially: He has much better control of his emotions. He has been problem solving a lot more at home. He will propose parents more ideas on how to fix a situation. Overall he has been expressing his emotions much better. He has been seeking and figuring out better how he can be part of another group of kids. He has developed different levels of friendships with different friends and he has been better at differing gratification. 

Neurological Age Changes: His overall growth rate since starting program is 155%, which is 285% percent better than his initial rate at his first evaluation almost two years ago.


Connor T. - USA 4 years

Physio: His health has been generally good since his last visit.

Physically: He is enjoying games such as Volleyball and Basketball.

Intellectually: His reading is continuing to improve. He is following instructions is better and he is following checklists up to 12 items. He is communicating more meaningfully.

Socially: He has been trying to join groups more. He has been taking more care and looking out for his Nephew. 


Gideon F. - Singapore 3 years

Physio: Overall Gideon is a happier child and his mood has been better.

Physically: He has been creeping more consistently as a means of transportation.

Intellectually: He has been differentiating pictures of people lately and he understands more basic commands. He is expecting more things to happen when they should in his day. He has been making more sounds as well.

Socially: He has been smiling in response to a smile more consistently with very close family members and has been testing boundaries and asserting his position more. Overall he has been showing more happiness and has showed more interest in new toys and objects. 


Jonathan R. - Denmark 1 year

Physio: Overall his health has been good this period.

Physically: He has been using his legs more when crawling down the incline floor. His manual function also has improved.

Intellectually: He is more curious of his environment and he is trying to examine things more with his vision. His ability to track lights and toys has improved. He has been reacting to and understanding more words and events in his day. He has started to make news sounds as well.

Socially: He is more interested in people around him. He is also a happier child.

Neurological Age Changes: His growth rate this period has been over 100% better than his initial growth rate before starting program 5 months ago.


Pedro H. - Colombia 15 years

Physio: Pedro’s health has been well and his seizures have been significantly less.

Physically: He has been enjoying swimming and playing squash. He ran two 10-kilometer races and was able to cut off 8 minutes on his second race. He is more coordinated in his mobility and has better posture.

Intellectually: He is better at identifying letters and numbers and he is better at identifying certain words. He has a better concept of what happened yesterday vs. today and will get what is to happen tomorrow. He is more consistent at following 3 step instructions He also understands better stories that are read to him and can maintain his focus longer.  His conversation is 50% more relevant to what is happening at the time. He can explain things such as movies and stories better.

Socially: He feels remorse now and in general he is more aware of how his emotions affect him. 

Neurological Age Changes: His overall growth rate is at 108%, which is 428% better than her initial growth rate before starting program a year ago.


Amelia R. - Norway 7 years

Physio: Amelia has had excellent health this period.

Physically: Her balance and coordination have improved and she has learned to ride a bike. Manually, it is easier for her to undress herself.

Intellectually: She has been getting better at matching words with objects. Her ability in identifying letters and numbers also has improved. She is more focused and can follow instructions better. She is better able to sit and listen to a story. She is more comfortable with the routine in her day and she understands better what is said to her in daily life. She has been repeating a lot more words. She can say the name of animals and will say the first part of their name. To others her babbling now seems it is more meaningful as she was asking for something or trying to explain something. She will now say “I don’t” or “Don’t want” when doing parts of her program she does not like!

Socially: She has been smiling more in response to a smile. She has been missing parents more when they are not around. She has also been asserting her position more and she is much less passive. She has been starting to imitate behavior and she has been enjoying interactive games more. She has shown more concern and has been looking out for her little cousin more. 
Neurological Age Changes: Her overall growth rate is 134% better than her initial rate before starting program six and a half months ago.


July 26- August 14, 2009


Laerke P. - Denmark 12 years
Physio: She has gained some weight and has grown 2cm in height. Her health has been better this period as well.

Physically: Laerke has been crawling out of her bed at times. She is swimming better. She has better endurance in her physical program. She is now able to throw a ball and play catch.

Intellectually: She is much more cooperative in her education program. She also has been starting to type independently. She is continuing to do well with her reading.

Socially: Laerke is less sensitive when she sees dangerous things happen on the television. She is smiling more to other people and her eye contact has been a little better. She is doing better understanding and playing games with others.


Hannes W. - Sweden 4 years
Physio:  Hannes no longer has reflux issues or vomiting as he had before.

Physically: He is using his hands a little better.

Intellectually: He is reacting more to sounds in his environment and he understands many more words. He is following basic requests better. He is starting to say yes and no.

Socially: He has more preferences now. He is seeking and trying to give more affection. He likes to be chased by other children at the pool. He is transitioning better from one situation to the next. He is more aware generally of what is happening around him and what others are doing.

Neurological Age Changes: His current growth rate is 194% faster than his initial rate before starting program.


Catherina C. - Denmark 9 years
Physio:  Catherina’s health and energy have been much better this period. Her chewing and swallowing have been better as well. 

Physically: Overall she is looser making it easier for her to move. Her knees are also much straighter. She has better control of her arms and she also has better head control.

Intellectually: She is continuing to read well. She is much more attentive during the day and is following instructions better. Her understanding continues to be at age level. He has been talking a little bit more and her language has been clearer.

Socially: She has been problem solving a lot more for herself and others. She is much more cooperative. She has been able to communicate her feelings in much more detail. She also often has expressed her happiness for other people’s joy.

Neurological Age Changes: Her overall growth rate continues to be 160% better than her initial rate before starting program.


Victoria S. K. - 2.5 years
Physio:  Victoria has been in good health since her last visit.

Physically: She is moving more on the floor and starting to use it as a means of transportation.

Intellectually: She is handling sounds she hears in her environment much better. She is locating sounds better and appreciating voice inflection better. She has been babbling more.

Socially: She is more emotionally attached to the family and has been smiling more to people who are less familiar. She has been imitating behavior more and much happier in the day. She has been just starting to play with a toy by herself.

Neurological Age Changes: Her current growth rate is 389% faster than her initial rate before starting program.


Lucas F.L. - Denmark 8 years
Physio: Lucas has been generally in good health this period. He has better energy than before, so his days go much better. He hasn’t shown any hyperactivity.

Physically: He is physically stronger and has much better confidence in his physical activities.

Intellectually: His reading is getting better and enjoys this more. He is a little better at following instructions. He is less sensitive to sounds and he understands the material in school very well. His language has improved as well and he is better at explaining things that happened.

Socially: He is better behaved with other children and adults. He has been much more self-confident and does not get as over upset. If he is upset, it is easier for him to calm himself. He is better self-motivated in life as well.

Neurological Age Changes: His overall growth rate is 171% and when starting program he had an initial rate of 47.3%


Benjamin E. - Denmark 5 years
Physically: He can hold the quad position for several minutes independently. He is creeping with minimal support on a medial stabilizer device. He is doing very well with his swimming. He also has recently enjoyed riding his tricycle on the paved road as well as dirt roads. His manual function has also improved and he is grabbing objects more accurately and quickly.

Intellectually: Benjamin is doing well with his reading and enjoying it. His understanding continues to be equal to his peers. His language has improved as well. He is trying to talk a lot more than in the past.

Socially: He is continuing to do well socially at home and is close to his peers.


Oscar P. N.  - Denmark 6 years
Physio: Oscar has had good health this period.

Physically: He is physically getting stronger. His creeping has improved and he is better at pulling himself up on his knees.

Intellectually: He is better at understanding the difference between yesterday today and tomorrow. It is easier for his parents to explain him things throughout the day. He is better at identifying words. He’s been using his language more in daily life.

Socially: He is showing more of a variety of facial expressions to Mother. He has been enjoying social experiences such as watching television with his brother and friend. He is better at occupying himself when bored. He is transitioning much better from one situation to the other. His eye contact is much better. If his brother suggests it to him, he would like to help set the table.

Neurological Age Changes: His overall growth rate is at least 2 times as fast as his initial rate before starting program.


Maya P.  - Denmark 8 years
Physio: Maya has been sleeping much better this period and much less easily irritated. Her energy level has been better during the day. She is swallowing her food better.

Physically: She is more stable when she walks and runs. She has been walking more on uneven terrains and has not been falling as much.

Intellectually: She is better concentrated and she is reacting better to pictures describing activities she is to do. She is following basic instructions more consistently and she is much more comfortable with many different sounds.

Socially: She has been interacting more with parents. Her eye contact has improved and when she gets upset it’s easier for Mother to calm her down. She has been better at playing with her sister and she has started to help set the table a bit without being asked.

Neurological Age Changes: Her overall growth rate is still 179% faster than her initial rate before starting program.


Nikolaj S.B. - Denmark 4 years
Physio: Physiologically, Nikolaj is doing better. He has put on some weight, he is taller and he is doing well with his nutrition program.

Physically: His running has improved and he is overall better coordinated. He is also using his hands better when he is dressing and undressing.

Intellectually: He can be left alone safely for longer periods of time and is starting to understand basic games better and has a better grasp of time concepts. He is also a little more consistent in following instructions. It is easier to have a conversation with him, as he is better at staying on topic when spoken to. He also initiates topics of conversation more. He is better at describing things that have happened and his pronunciation of words is much better. He also is more consistent in identifying words.

Socially: He is showing more facial expressions and his eye contact also has improved. His ability to transition from one situation to the next is also much better and is showing more self-confidence. He is showing more of a variety of emotions and is more aware of others emotions around him as well as his own. He also has become better at playing with one or two other children.

Neurological Age Changes: This period his growth rate has been 116%. His overall growth rate is now 122%, which is 168% faster than his initial rate before starting program!


Karl-August  J. - Denmark 9 years
Physio: Karl-August has been stronger and has had better energy this period. He also has had good health.

Physically: He is crawling much better and over obstacles as well. He crawls as a means of transport and has now been able to creep 100 meters non-stop with little support. He also has been standing for longer periods of time holding a bar. He is using his hands better and can more easily pass an object from one hand to the other.

Intellectually: His reading has improved and he is reading 1st-2nd grade materials as well as working on 3rd grade mathematics. His understanding is equal to his peers and he is asking more and more questions when something is not clear. He is speaking more loudly and his words are clearer.

Socially: His ability to transition from one situation to the other has improved and has improved in his social maturity. He has much better self-confidence and is very responsible about completing his program, as he knows it’s very important to him.

Neurological Age Changes: This period his growth rate has been 187%. His overall growth rate since starting program has been 140%. This is 368% faster than his initial growth rate before starting program!


Cecilie H.  - Denmark 3.5 years
Physio: Cecilie has not had any ear infections this period.

Physically: She has been creeping everywhere. Her sensation also has improved and she is more ticklish now.

Intellectually: She is following instructions more consistently and she is enjoying being read to more than before. She has also been good at following the rules that parents have established for her. She has been making more sounds and her voice is louder than it was before. She has 4 words that she uses.

Liva P. - Denmark 2 years 11 months
Physio: Liva has been much better physiologically this period and has started eating regular food. She also is swallowing better.

Physically: She has been using her hands more to grab on to things.

Intellectually: She has been starting to imitate sounds. She understands more words and is more alert throughout the day.

Socially: She is more curious in newer environments and listens to the new sounds in the environment. Has been smiling more consistently to happy tones of voice. She also is more aware of other children that may be around her.


Frederik J.  - Denmark 3 years
Physio: Frederik’s sleep has been good and has been generally in good health this period.

Physically: Frederik is now walking 1.5 kilometers a day and can walk 40 meters easily without losing balance. Manually he is also helping more with dressing and undressing. He generally has a lot more self-confidence in his physical abilities.

Intellectually: He is enjoying his reading program and he is identifying words and reading short phrases. He has been learning his numbers and appreciating more explanations of various different things from parents. He is talking much more as well and starting to speak in short sentences.

Socially: He has been seeking more independence. He is responding a little more to facial expressions. He enjoys pretending he is a doctor or someone else. He is also sharing well and understanding the connection between his behavior and consequences more.

Neurological Age Changes: This period his growth rate has been 112% and his overall growth rate since starting the program has been 114% thus 178% faster than his initial growth rate of 64%.


Isak S. - Denmark 8 years
Physio: Isak’s swallowing has been better and his general health has been better as well.

Physically: He is now walking independently. He has also gained some manual ability as well.

Intellectually: Isak is doing well following 3rd to 4th grade material and answers questions about 95% correctly. He understands conversations in more depth and can follow when more people are involved. He has been saying his words a little more clearly and consistently.

Socially: He is smiling much more at other people. His eye contact also has improved. He enjoys watching other children play around him.

Physio: Gustav’s chewing has improved and he has been in good health.

Socially: His eye contact has improved and his outbursts are not as intense as before. He is more aware of what he may have done wrong and now is better able to verbally express himself. He is also more willing to serve others such as his brother and other familiar people.

Physio: Guy’s chewing and swallowing have improved. He also has been generally in good health this period.

Physically: She has been creeping everywhere. Her sensation also has improved and she is more ticklish now.

Intellectually: His reading is progressing well and he is enjoying his education program. He is following instructions better. He is more patient and can listen to stories for longer periods of time. His language has been a little longer. His writing continues to be above age level and he is taking more initiative in his writing.

Socially: His is much better at reciprocating expressions. His eye contact also has improved and overall he is expressing his emotions much better in daily life. He also has been spontaneously helping a bit more at home. He is much more aware of danger. He can notice when a child is doing something bad and will suggest that they not do that.

Karla P. - Denmark 3 years
Physio: Karla is eating better, more alert and sleeping better overall. Her health has been pretty good this period.

Physically: She is better at grabbing different objects.

Intellectually: She is identifying images pretty consistently now. She is better at interpreting tones of voice and she understands more basic statements and instructions. She is making more sounds and communicating a little more for her needs.

Socially: She is much more aware of relationships in daily life. She is starting to cry if parents leave the house. She also has been making others aware that she is being ignored. She is showing many more emotions and has started to test parents more.

Nicolai A. - Denmark 6.5 years
Physio: Nicolai’s health has generally been good this period.

Physically: He has been very active this period and has been running, jumping and biking a lot. He has been able to hop a little on one foot.

Intellectually: He is better in noisy crowds and he tolerates certain sounds better. He is following longer instructions better and is doing well learning. His ability to remain concentrated also has improved. He is speaking in longer phrases and he can better explain things he likes.

Socially: He is continuing to do well socially and is better at daily problem solving. He will sometimes share with another child if he trusts him.


Anna B.  - Denmark 5.5 years
Physio: Anna has been sleeping better overall and has had pretty good health.

Physically: She has improved in her crawling, swimming and walking. Now she will walk over doorsteps and different changes in surface.

Intellectually: Anna is choosing words and pictures more consistently. She enjoys listening to stories more. She is better at following simple instructions and has begun to listen in on conversations. She is making more sounds on a daily basis and is trying to communicate more.

Socially: She is interacting much better when playing a game with her. She has been testing boundaries more with parents and other people.

Laura K.  - Denmark 3 years 10 months
Physio: Laura has been sleeping much better overall. Her health has been better as well.

Physically: She is better at holding her head up and she is more comfortable when placed on the floor.

Intellectually: She is understanding basic instructions better and many more daily words. She has been starting to babble a lot more and will raise her voice when upset. She’ll also make a variety of complaining sounds instead of just crying now. She now has a better variety of sounds that express her mood.

Socially: She has been in a much better mood and smiling for the first time. She is enjoying happy moments with parents. She will also be more attentive to new environments and focus in on new sounds and be interested.


Ida L.- Denmark 3 years 11 months
Physio: Ida has been in good health this period.

Physically: Her walking is more stable. She is walking on uneven terrain and this has been easier for her. She is less hesitant walking from one surface to the other. She is almost running now. She also has been using her hands a little more.

Intellectually: She is more responsive to different sounds in her environment. She is better at understanding concepts like on top of below. She has been able to do some three-step instructions at home. She also is more willing to listen to a short story and she is picking up on more conversations happening around her. She has been much more talkative. She has started to speak in basic couplets and her words are clearer as well.

Socially: She is reacting more to different facial expressions and transitioning better from one situation to another. She is now much more patient and will accept to wait a little while. Overall, she is less easily upset and easier to handle in those situations. She will now share with other kids and she is seeing the connection between her behavior and the related consequences.

Emilie R.- Denmark 7.5 years
Physio: Emilie has been in good health generally and has been chewing and swallowing better.

Physically: She is able to creep better with less support. She is now able to pedal bike pedals. She can also drink from a glass with some help. She can also eat with a fork in her left hand. She can hold up her head better.

Intellectually: Emilie is doing well with her reading and education and enjoys reading. She understands well and better at following instructions. She has been speaking more and speaks about 20 words per week. She has been communicating more with her family.

Socially: She is showing more of a range of emotions including, glee, rage, jealousy, happiness and sympathy. She is doing quite well socially and tries hard to do her program.


Henning F. - Denmark 5.5 years
Physio: Henning is able to fall asleep more easily and his digestion has improved.

Physically: His running has improved a little and he is better at hopping on one foot.

Intellectually: His reading continues to improve and he is following instructions more consistently. He is doing well in kindergarten and enjoys listening to adventure stories. He is speaking more clearly and it is a little easier for him to not get distracted and stay on subject.

Socially: Socially he is doing much better. He now understands the relationship between his behavior and consequences. He is easier to redirect towards what the group is doing. He is doing better being in larger groups of kids. He has been problem solving more for the family.

Neurological Age Changes: This period his growth rate has been 127% and his overall growth rate is 179%.


William R. - Denmark 9 years
Physio: William has been in better health this period and has been sleeping better which has made his energy level a bit better.

Physically: He is continuing to work hard to crawl. He can hold the quad position for 2 minutes. It is easier for him to hold onto things and he is trying more to use his hands for craftwork and play.

Intellectually: Intellectually he is doing very well. He is involved more in conversations and he is doing better following more complicated stories. He is enjoying more fantasy books. He has been communicating a lot more via a communication device. Before he would only communicate with the help of Mom, but now he is willing to work with one of his helpers and other people as well. He is babbling a lot more when trying to sing and some of his words are clearer.

Socially: He is very compassionate and understanding with everyone around him. He really tries to consider the needs of everyone. Through his facilitated communication he does demonstrate a good social understanding of others and their needs.


Otilia H. - Denmark 9 years
Physio: Otilia’s sleep has been getting better.

Physically: Otilia has learned how to swim independently and is proud of it! She is writing and willing to write a little more.

Intellectually: Her reading is going well and she is quickly following directions now. She is following more complex instructions and needs less re-explaining. She is following more sophisticated movies and appreciates explanations of unexpected things that happen in the day. Her language is a little clearer.

Socially: She is responding much better to facial expressions. Her tantrums are not as intense and last shorter than before. They also happen less often. She has started to problem solve more for herself and a little for the family. She will get other peoples’ things for them when everyone is leaving the house.

Neurological Age Changes: Her overall growth rate is 194% faster than her initial rate before starting program almost 2 years ago.


Marius H. - Denmark 9 years
Physio: Marius has been much healthier this period, which has required much less time at the hospital(;! He is in a better mood because he is in less pain.

Physically: He has become better in his physical activities and is overall more coordinated.

Intellectually: Marius is better at following instructions and has been generally more cooperative throughout the day. He is getting a better grasp of yesterday, today and tomorrow and he also understands concepts like on top, under and next to better. He has been using his words in language more appropriately during the day.

Socially: Because he is in less pain, Marius has been much more pleasant throughout the day and he is therefore more calm. He has been showing better awareness, improved eye contact and he is reciprocating facial expressions more consistently.

Neurological Age Changes: His overall rate of progress is still 234% faster than his initial rate before starting program.


Marcel A. - Denmark 5.5 years
Physio: Parents haven’t really been able to implement the program quite yet however, they were able to change his diet by eliminating foods such as gluten, casein and sugar.

Physically: Otilia has learned how to swim independently and is proud of it! She is writing and willing to write a little more.

Intellectually: He is much more calm and less hyperactive. As a result, he is much better in kindergarten.

Socially: He is better able to express his needs and emotions. He now has friends over to his home and in general has more friends in the neighborhood and school. Since he is much more calm as a result of the diet, Parents can take him to social events without having to worry that they will have to leave.


Selina A. - Denmark 3 years
Physio: Selina is continuing to have good health.

Physically: She has been creeping 1.5 miles a day. She is beginning to try and stand up and is constantly trying to cruise around the house using furniture as support.

Intellectually: She has gotten much better at identifying words and her understanding is continuing to improve. She is relating different events in the day better and remembering where she left some of her toys.

Neurological Age Changes: Her overall growth rate is still 140% faster than her initial growth rate before starting program.


Mathias H. - Denmark 4 years
Physio: Generally his health has been good up until his visit- but before that excellent health.

Physically: He is moving down the incline floor for the first time in his life and parents are happy! He is better coordinated and can more easily move his body. He is holding his toys better.

Intellectually: He is more open and less fearful of new people and emotionally much more stable.

Henrik A. - Norway
 3 years
Physio: Henrik has been in much better health this period than in the past. His reflux has been less. This has made him a much more comfortable and happy child.

Physically: Henrik is much more coordinated in his movement. He now understands if he moves he is able to get to something. This is fantastic!

Intellectually: Henrik’s vision continues to improve and he is tracking many things more consistently now. His understanding has improved as well. He knows what is expected form him in different parts of the program. He also understands a lot more of what is being said to him throughout the day. He has been trying to answer yes to different things asked to him.

Socially: His overall a much happier child now and he tries to get parents to play with him. He is more outgoing with his family and enjoying himself with the time they spend together.


Romane H. - France  3 years
Physio: Romane’s health has been better this period than in the past.

Physically: Romane is looser and she can more easily move her arms. It has been easier for her to crawl down an inclined surface.

Intellectually: She is better at tracking people and looking at images. She is listening more attentively to stories and anticipating the next part in the story to come. She is following instructions better and she is getting a better understanding of when tomorrow is compared to today. She is babbling a lot more and has occasionally said yes and mama.

Socially: She is missing her brother more when he goes away.  She is generally enjoying more being around her brothers. She will call people who were playing with her back into the room. She understands that she is to be nice to others and not complain. 


Kasper T. - Denmark 4.5 years
Physio: Overall Kasper has been in great health this period.

Physically: He is almost running now and is generally more coordinated. He is also using his hands better in daily life.

Intellectually: He is better at identifying words and matching them to pictures. He is better at understanding different tones of voice. He is following many one step instructions and daily explanations as well. His language also has improved.

Socially: Kasper is transitioning better in daily life. He is playing more with children he knows. He has started to show a little pride now when he knows he did something well.

Neurological Age Changes: His overall growth rate is 84.7%, which is 596% faster than his initial rate before starting program!!!


Elia C, - Italy 14 years
Physio: Elia’s seizures are less

Intellectually: He is continuing to read above his peer level and doing well academically- overall he is maintaining 90% in his examinations.

Socially: He can remain calmer when around his peers. He is doing well in his class and not being disruptive. He is more socially aware and relaxed.

Nicolai R- Norway 11 years 11 months
Physio:  Nicolai has been generally in good health this period.

Physically: Overall he is looser in his body particularly his hands. He is now eager to try and move again.

Intellectually: Intellectually he is following instructions better and he is more patient to listen to a story that is read to him. He is answering questions about audio books he hears more consistently. 

Socially: He has been doing a lot more fantasy play and he is showing more interest in new things. He feels more pride about things he accomplishes. He has been defending others more and he has a better understanding between his behavior and consequences.

Neurological Age Changes: His current growth rate is 395% better than his initial rate before starting program.


Ingeborg P. - Denmark 5.5 years
Physio:  Ingeborg’s digestion has been overall better and she has been in good health.

Physically: She is much more stable in her walking and therefore, more confident.

Intellectually: Her reading continues to improve and she has been communicating more by spelling out more words. She also has been speaking more and she has a greater understanding of what is happening around her during the day. As a result of this improvement, she is also following instructions better. She is better at understanding how to play some games. She also is starting to understand basic math concepts.

Socially: Socially, Ingeborg is continuing to do well. She is starting to help out more at home and has been doing a lot more problem solving without being asked. She is better at changing her behavior.

Neurological Age Changes: This period her growth rate has been 114%. Her overall growth rate is 80%, which is two times faster than her initial growth rate before starting program.


Sofie P. - Denmark 5.5 years
Physio: Sofie has been sleeping a lot better at night.

Physically: Her balance has improved a lot and she is walking independently. She also is able to write a few words and draw faces.

Intellectually: She is understanding equal to her sister and capturing well what is said in conversations. She has been signing more and saying some new words.

Socially: Sofie is continuing to progress socially and is better at recognizing when there is a problem at home or at school.


Maike S. - Germany 4.5 years
Physio: Maike is eating better, gaining weight and has been in better health.

Physically: It’s been easier for her to move her arms and legs because she is a little looser and has more strength.

Intellectually: She is seeing outline shapes better. She also understands more words and basic requests. She has been making a lot more happy sounds to parents. She is making sounds more often and her volume is louder as well.

Socially: She has been imitating behavior more and she realizes when parents go away from her. She also reacts more when grandparents visit.


Leo G. - Germany 1.5 years
Physio:  Since following our workshop last winter, Leo has been doing fantastic physiologically. His seizures are less and his digestion is doing much better.

Physically: He can crawl down an incline floor. He is playing more with his hands.

Intellectually: He is much more present. He also has been making more sounds. After starting the program he understands his name and couple other words as before he didn’t understand anything.

Socially: He is smiling a lot more and laughing as well.

Physio: This period Henrik has been in good health.

Physically: Physically, Henrik is continuing to do well. He is also writing more than before. He has also been talking more.

Intellectually: Henrik is following instructions better at home. He understands conversations happening around him more.

Socially: Henrik has been more interactive with others. He is much better at explaining how and why he feels a certain way. He has become better at deferring gratification and is getting along better with other children.

Neurological Age Changes: His overall growth rate continues to be 109%


Silje U. - Norway 23 years
Physio: Silje’s general health and nutrition have been good this period.

Physically: Physically she continues to do well and overall is less rigid in her movements. This has made running and dancing much better for her.

Intellectually: She is reading better and understanding more in daily life. She is speaking in longer sentences and her problem solving skills have greatly improved. She can now follow a basic recipe to prepare a basic meal. Silje is also much more attentive.

Socially: Silje has better self-confidence and she is more patient. She will allow others to express their ideas and she is more mature towards others. She has been helping mother at home more with different activities.

Neurological Age Changes: Her growth rate this period has been 108% and overall, since starting program, her rate has been 198%. This is 388% better than her initial rate of growth when we first saw her.


Ida F. - Norway 13 years
Physio: Ida has been eating better and her digestion is overall better. Her swallowing has been better and her general health has been good this last period. Her seizures also have been less intensive.

Physically: Ida is much looser and has had better arm control this past period. She has been able to creep longer distances and is gradually regaining strength.

Intellectually: Her understanding continues to be excellent and she is learning well what mother teaches her. Her language is more clear and appropriate.

Socially: She gets less easily upset and when she is upset it is much easier for her to calm down.

Neurological Age Changes: Her overall growth rate continues to be 136%


Edouard D. - France 20 years
Physio: Edouard’s overall health and digestion have been much better. He no longer has cramps and has been sleeping better.

Physically: Edouard continues to be less rigid and has a better range of movement. He can now voluntarily move his arms to a certain degree and also his left leg. It’s easier for others to carry him around. He also has better head control.

Intellectually: Edouard has been more aware and more focused throughout the day. He is better at showing he understands concepts of under, above and yesterday vs. tomorrow. He is picking up on conversations more and laughing appropriately at humor. His sounds are clearer and he has been laughing a lot more these days.

Socially: Edouard has been in a better mood this period and laughing a lot more. He smiles to a smile even if it is someone who he does not know. He is better at understanding the connection between behavior and consequences.


Kaja S. - Norway 4 years 5 months
Physically: Kaja is much looser and she is using her legs and arms better when trying to move. Her hands are also much looser.

Intellectually:She is responding better to sounds and reacting more appropriately to different tones of voice. She is better at finding things that are on top of under or next to an object. She is making 50% more sounds and her sounds are more appropriate when she is angry, happy, hungry and sad. She has been making more consonant sounds. She has been babbling a lot more and has been using the same sound when she wants her swing.

Socially: She has been more curious in new environments. She has been smiling to a smile more with parents and close relatives. She is also starting to enjoy basic interactive games and has been showing more character. She is transitioning better between being with different family members and not getting as easily upset. If she is upset, it is easier for her to calm down. She has been much more pleasant in daily life.

Neurological Age Changes: Her overall growth rate is 81.7%, which is 486% better than her initial rate before starting the program.


Marie K. - Norway 11 years
Physio: Marie has been generally in good health.

Intellectually: She is writing better and communicating better. She also has improved in her reading.

Physio: Martin’s seizures have been less. His chewing and general health has been better.

Physically: Martin has been walking more independently and needs less and less support from his parents.

Socially: Martin is calmer in general and he does not get as frequently over upset as he has had in the past.

Petrine S. - Norway 9 years 4 months
Physio: Petrine has been generally in good health this period and was only ill a couple times.

Physically: She is more relaxed and less rigid.

Intellectually: Her understanding continues to improve.  She understands well what her day will be like at home and in school. She also has been saying yes more frequently in the day.

Socially: Petrine has been more expressive in daily life and has been very pleasant at school. 

Neurological Age Changes: His overall growth rate is 391% faster than his initial rate before starting program a year and a half ago.


Inga W. - Norway 8 years
Physio: Inga has been eating better this past period.

Physically: Inga is walking up to 10 times 50 meters independently and at times walking independently outside of her program. She also has started to walk up and down hills and on uneven terrain outside.

Intellectually: Inga is calmer in her daily life and she is demonstrating a better understanding of spatial concepts. She is following the sequence of her day better. She has been speaking more and she has been repeating more words that other people say.

Socially: Inga is overall better behaved and not so easily upset. It takes less time for her to calm down now and now she is more aware of the connection between her behavior and consequences.


Anders B. - Norway 10.5 years
Physio: Anders has gained some weight and gotten much taller this past period.

Physically: It’s easier for him to use his mouth and he has been crawling around with greater ease.

Intellectually: He is following instructions and sequences in his day better. His memory has overall gotten better. He is following stories that are told to him better.

Socially: Anders is continuing to progress socially. He has a better grasp of taking turns.

Neurological Age Changes: His overall growth rate is 139% better than his initial rate before starting program.


Nicolai G. - Norway 7 years
Physio: Nicolai is chewing and swallowing better and his health has been pretty good this period.

Physically: Nicolai is almost running now. He can hop on two feet. His overall balance is better. He also can kick a ball now.

Intellectually: He is identifying and matching words more consistently in his reading program. He is also following instructions better and is more interested when someone reads him a story. He now is able to play a little with toys by himself. Nicolai is also better at grasping basic math concepts. His language is also clearer now compared to 6 months ago, the rest of the time he is using more and more signs.

Socially: Nicolai has gotten better at reciprocating expressions from other people such as smiling in response to a smile. His eye contact has also improved. He is more interested in fantasy play and fairy tales. He is following the rules better in groups when at school. Overall he is continuing to do well socially.

Mette G. - Denmark 5 years
Physio: Mette’s digestion is much better. She is in a much better mood because she feels better overall.

Physically: She is overall looser in her body and she is moving better on the floor and in the water. She isn’t crossing her legs as much as before. She is also using her hands better. Mette also has better control of her head- when on the floor, she can lift her head and look up.

Intellectually: She is making many new sounds. She is doing well with her reading program. She understands explanations in daily life and is better at occupying herself during her day for longer periods of time.

Socially: Mette is engaging people more and maintaining better eye contact. She will stop crying if she is told to now and she has been showing more pride and remorse.

Physically: Jacob’s walking continues to improve every day and now he is walking 2.5 miles a day. He has been wandering off more and more independently.

Socially: His behavior has been better outside home and he is getting along with others well when he is in school. 


Pedro H. - Columbia  15 years
Intellectually: He is reading words more consistently now. His understanding has improved and he is better at comprehending time concepts. He is more attentive and following instructions better. He has been interacting and responding to conversation more appropriately and his vocabulary has improved as well.

Socially: He is transitioning from one situation to the other much better and having fewer tantrums. He also has been more independent and more purposeful in his activities. He understands the relationship between his behavior and consequences better. He also has been sharing more with others.

Elijah B. - USA  6 years

Physio: He is sleeping better and has had a good appetite. Recently he has been less congested.

Intellectually: Elijah is following instructions better and has been more attentive. He is progressing in his reading and he is starting to read new words by himself. He also has been writing more.

Socially: Elijah has been playing more with children his age and doing better playing in groups of children as well. He is better at following rules and respecting boundaries. He also has been apologizing to mother without being prompted to do so.

Tori D. - USA  3 years

Physio: Tori is much more flexible and hasn’t had any seizures since her last visit. She also has been in good health this past winter. She is eating much better and she has also been sleeping better.

Physically: She has better control of her body and head when she is moving and is overall looser.

Intellectually: She is now recognizing some words, which is excellent as she was functionally blind not too long ago. Her hearing has improved and she understands basic instructions and many more common things and activities in her day. She has been babbling more and making many more sounds with better inflection.

Socially: She has been smiling more to others and enjoying interactive games more. She is showing much more emotion and she is adapting better to her daily routine.

Helena S. - Norway  12 years

Physio: Helena has been in very good health this past winter.

Intellectually: Helena is reading better and starting to create phrases with words when given a choice. She is following instructions more and understanding details more in stories. She even has been starting to understand English a little bit from her trips to the USA. It is easier for her to concentrate so learning has become easier for her as well. She has been using expressions much more appropriately in her language and in general communicating better with her Mother, Sister and others

Socially: Her eye contact has been better and she is much more considerate towards her Mother and others. She has been learning to defer gratification better at least in short term.


Mexico - April-May 2009

Juan Ramon E.- Mexico, 7 years 9 months

Physio: Juan Ramon has been generally in good health this past period. His digestion has been good and he has been adapting progressively well to his diet.

Physically: Juan Ramon now enjoys shooting a basket and riding a bicycle. He is also more coordinated in his running.

Intellectually: He is following instructions much better and his concentration has greatly increased. He is doing well in school in the 2nd grade class and enjoys reading. He will even read to his brother when his brother asks him to. Juan Ramon is also enthusiastic about learning English.

Socially: Juan Ramon is showing more concern about others and problem solving for them instead of himself. He is making more friends and deferring gratification better. He is introducing himself more appropriately and has been well behaved. 

Neurological Age Changes: His current rate of progress is 90% and his overall rate of progress since the beginning of the program has been 145% comparing the neurological age to the change in hic chronological age. This rate is 179% better than his initial rate  when he started program a little over a year ago.


Rafael E.- Mexico
, Age: 7 years 9 months

Physio: Rafael has been in generally in good health this period and doing well with his diet. He is generally less irritable.

Physically: Rafael is much more coordinated in his movements. He is starting to run better.

Intellectually:Rafael is more concentrated and he is able to stay on task longer. His ability to follow instructions is also better. He now has a better grasp on spatial concepts such as under and on top of.

Socially: Overall Rafael is more calm and much more pleasant. He has less tantrums and he is transitioning much better. He also is realizing more the consequences of his actions and feels more remorse.


Josael V.- Mexico, Age: 7 years

Physio: Josael is much less nervous in general, which used to make him sick and often sweaty.

Physically: Josael is stronger in his arms and this makes taking his shirt off much easier.

Intellectually:Intellectually he is continuing to do well and up to his peers’ level.

Socially: Josael is getting along better in a group of other children his age and generally adapting well working with others in groups. 


Nuria C. - Age: 5 years 7 months

Physio: Nuria has been more calm and physiologically is doing  better with her digestion.

Physically: She has been beginning to run and she can now jump on two feet. She is also now alternating her feet when going down stairs.

Intellectually: Nuria is identifying words and sentences well now. He is enjoying her reading program and succeeding! She will sit longer to listen to a story and she is following instructions better. Her understanding of spatial concepts such as on top of below and next to has also improved.  Her language has improved by about 30 words and she is communicating much more. She also has been problem solving in life much better.

Neurological Age Changes: Her overall growth since starting program is 135% better than her initial rate before starting program.


Federico G.- Mexico, Age: 6 years 8 months

Physio: Federico’s health has generally been good this period.

Physically: His running has improved and he is physically progressing well.

Intellectually:He is more successfully matching pictures with words and  can now follow a three step instruction much better. His overall understanding of what is happening in his day has improved well. He has also developed a good sense of humor. He is better at telling a story.

Socially: He is better at controlling his temper tantrums and now will be able to watch a movie by himself. He is also understanding fantasy play a little better. He is starting to show more signs of true remorse and pride. 


Isabella C. - Mexico, Age: 13 years

Physio: Isabella has been generally in good health this period.

Physically: Her walking is more controlled when she slows down. She has been better able to keep her arms down near her side when walking and can maintain a better posture when concentrated.

Intellectually: Isabella is doing well in school and she is reading well and enjoys it.

Socially: Socially she is continuing to progress and learn to interact with others appropriately.

Neurological Age Changes: This period her growth rate has been 104% comparing her neurological and chronological ages.


Oscar G. - Mexico, Age: 2 years 3 months

Physio: Oscar is sleeping better and his reflux is gone. He is much looser and less spastic.

Physically: Since his body is looser, it has been easier for Oscar to crawl and his range of movement while swimming has greatly increased.

Intellectually: He has become more consistent in choosing and identifying pictures. He also has been understanding more words and much more comfortable with sounds in his environment. He has been making more sounds as well.

Socially: Oscar has been smiling more to a smile and missing Mom more when she leaves the room. He has been anticipating games more with parents and also has been imitating Mom’s sounds more. He is much more aware of what is happening in the day and has been noticing transitions in the day more.


Ana Sofia A. - Mexico, Age: 2 years 9 months
Physio: Ana Sofia has been in good health this period. She is overall much looser and better able to move her body when crawling on the floor.

Physically: Ana Sofia has been crawling much better and close to 200 meters a day on the flat floor. She is also using both of her hands together better.

Intellectually: Ana Sofia is better at identifying words. She is starting to get two step sequences and is understanding many more words of language. She is much more aware of her surroundings and what is happening during her day. She is speaking much more as well- this period she went from speaking 3 to 4 words to at least double that amount.

Socially: Ana Sofia has been generally less irritable and a happier child. She is showing more pride. She has been smiling to others more and more consistently in response to a person’s smile. 

Neurological Age Changes: Her overall rate of progress is 117% faster than her initial rate before starting program.


Diego L. - Mexico, Age: 6.5 years
Physio: Diego has been in generally good health this period.

Physically: He is moving better and cooperates well with his program. His hands are stronger and it is easier for him to grasp objects.

Intellectually: His understanding continues to improve. He is also making more sounds and has been trying to repeat sounds more as well.

Neurological Age Changes: Her overall rate of progress is 117% faster than her initial rate before starting program.


Angela H. - Mexico, Age: 7.5 years
Physio: Angela’s health and digestion have been going well this past period. Her seizures have recently been less intensive.

Physically: She has been riding a bike with training wheels and she has been  generally more coordinated in her mobility. She is using her hands better to dress, undress and draw figures.

Intellectually: She is following directions better and has a better concept of what happened yesterday and what will happen tomorrow. She is also enjoying having longer books read to her and Mom is better able to explain to her what she will do in the day and why. She is better at playing games with others.

Socially: Socially, Angela is continuing to do well. She is smiling in response to a smile more consistently now. She also has been problem solving for others more and is beginning to engage in a group of other children on her own. She is also starting to explain more why she feels happy or unhappy. She can now go out with the family at the restaurant and stay calmly at the table with her family.

Neurological Age Changes: This period she has grown 221% comparing the change in her chronological and neurological ages. Her overall rate continues to be twice as fast as her initial rate of growth before starting program.


Louis T. –
Mexico, Age: 4 years 11 months
Physio: Despite some respiratory illnesses, Luis’s health has been getting overall better.

Physically: His walking has been more stable. He has more confidence going up and definitely down stairs. His walking is also much straighter as before he used to walk in a much more staggered fashion.

Intellectually: He is less nervous in noisy places and he is following directions a little bit more consistently. He is also starting to understand basic spatial concepts such as above and below. He is reading and identifying words more consistently. He has been trying to communicate more and more on a daily basis.

Socially: Luis’s ability to transition from one activity to another has improved and he has been more obedient. He has been playing more with his brother and is gradually getting along better with him.

Neurological Age Changes: Her overall rate of progress is 119% faster than her initial rate before starting program.


Carlos S. –
Mexico, Age: 2 years 8 months
Physio: Other than a cold Carlos has been in good health this period and his digestion is also doing well.
Physically: He is just about to start to run. If he falls he is much better at keeping his balance and catching himself before he falls.

Intellectually: He is better at understanding two step instructions and has been following three step instructions as well with a little help. He is better at understanding concepts like above and below and his attention is better allowing him to better understand more complex stories. His language also has improved and he is using more couplets when he speaks.

Socially: Carlos is doing well in his emotional development. He is starting to share with others and he is starting to show more remorse when he knocks something down or breaks something.

Neurological Age Changes: Her overall rate of progress is 121% faster than her initial rate before starting program.


Giancarlo F. - Mexico, Age: 2.5 years
Physio: Giancarlo can chew and swallow better. His overall health has been better and he is sleeping well.

Physically: He has been creeping a lot this period and is trying to stand up more and more using furniture as support. He is also using his hands better in daily activities.

Intellectually: He is brighter, more focused and he is following basic instructions better. His ability to problem solve also has improved.

Socially: He has much better eye contact, and he is showing a much better variety of different emotions. It’s also easier for him to calm down if he is upset. He is a happier child and he has been playing more with his brothers. 


Joseph V.
Mexico, Age: 3 years 8 months
Physio: Joseph is chewing his food better, drinking better and gets sick less often.

Physically: Joseph has been continuing to crawl well and is going over obstacles now.

Intellectually: He has been identifying words and doing well with his reading program.  He is understanding many more words of language and also short phrases.

Socially: He has been interacting more with parents and others. He’s playing with more of a variety of toys and showing more emotion in daily life.

Neurological Age Changes: His growth rate this period has been 3 and a half times faster than his initial rate when starting program.


Josemaria V. - Mexico, Age: 1.5 years
Physically: Josemaria has been crawling better. He is using his limbs more and more to help him move.
Intellectually: He is starting to see and recognize images. He is starting to understand instructions better and he is understanding the fact that every time he moves for his needs he is rewarded. He has started to show understanding of a two step instruction.

Socially: Josemaria has been seeking more affection and interacting more with parents. He has also started to imitate others.


Hermann R. - Mexico, Age: 7 years 4 months
Physio: Hermann’s general health has been better this period. His digestion has been good this period and he is adapting well to his nutrition program.
Physically: He is much more coordinated in his physical activities and agile. He is less hypersensitive in touch and no longer bothered by tags on his clothing.

Intellectually: He is less sensitive to louder sounds and much more focused in school. He is following several step instructions better at home which has made him more independent. He is making deeper reflections about things he witnesses. He is gaining a greater responsibility in daily life.

Socially: Hermann is getting along better with others closer to his age  when playing. He is much more independent in life. He is more insightful and showing more compassion and empathy towards others. He has been showing true remorse when he does something that isn’t good. He has also been inviting classmates to come over for lunch.

Neurological Age Changes: This period Hermann’s growth rate comparing his chronological age to neurological gains has been 117% and his overall rate compared to his initial rate before starting program a year and a half ago is 196%.


Jesus D. A. - Mexico, Age: 7.5 years
Physio: Jesus’s health has been good this period. He doesn’t choke on his food as much and he hasn’t been sick since we last saw him.
Physically: He is much more comfortable going up and down stairs and more confident in his mobility. Overall is more coordinated in his movements.

Intellectually: He is starting to follow more two step instructions and responsibility in daily life. He has been more cooperative at home and starting to help set the table or bring dishes to the sink. He is now reading more words and doing quite well with his reading program.

Socially: Jesus has been recognizing more the connection between his behavior and consequences. He has been starting to help parents more at home and overall he has been more calm.

Neurological Age Changes: His current rate of progress continues to be 250% better than his initial rate before starting program a little over a year ago.


April 2009

Laramy G. – USA Age: 3 years

Physio: Laramy has been in good health this past period. He has been sleeping well and he has been much more resistant to illnesses. His digestion also has been good this past period.

Physically: He is now crawling 300 meters a day for transportation and he is less rigid than he was on his first visit 7 months ago. It is also easier for him to use his hands now.

Intellectually:He’s been speaking a lot more at home telling more stories and his understanding is up to his age level.

Socially: Socially Laramy is doing well and has been very cooperative with his program

Neurological Age Changes: His growth rate this period has been 197% which is 328% better than his initial growth rate before starting program.


Leif T. –Norway Age: 8 years

Physio: Leif has been generally in good health and hasn’t had any seizures in a long time. He is a happier child today and not as irritable as before.
Physically: Leif now enjoys to crawl and he is looser, therefore able to move more quickly. His hands have been looser so he has been able to grab objects better with his left hand.

Intellectually: Leif has better concentration and focus when learning new material and has been enjoying his intellectual program. He is now anticipating things that are to happen in the day. He has become much more aware of his environment and understanding much more language. He now laughs at silly events when they happen. His understanding of spatial concepts also has improved. He has been making a lot more new sounds and generally much more vocal.

Socially: He is now able to play by himself more. His been appreciating new things in life more. He has been much more curious and enjoying life more. He is also expressing a lot more of his emotions.

Neurological Age Changes:His growth rate this period has been 104%  which is 1373% faster than his initial growth rate before starting program.


Keila L.- France Age: 9 years
Physio: Keila has been in good health this period.

Physically: In general, Keila is better coordinated in her movements and can better catch herself when she falls. Her writing is also more clear.

Intellectually: Keila’s understanding continues to improve. She is understanding more copmplicated movies and following instructions better. She has been using more appropriate language and refers to herself as “I” and “Me”. She is better able to explain where things are and she is describing what she sees in photos and images better.

Socially: Keila has become better at greeting guests when they come to her home and saying hello to others when meeting them.


Qing Yang X. - China Age: 7 years
Physio: He has been generally healthy this period. His appetite has been good as well.
Physically: He is now walking independently and up to a mile a day. His walking is also now more purposeful- he will use it to get from one place to the other. He is also able to squat down to pick up an object and most of the time can stand up in the middle of the floor without support.

Intellectually: Before he was able to remember sequences fairly well but unable to carry them out physically. Now he can physically perform a two step instruction. He has been more patient and better able to wait when told to do so.

Socially: He is now able to play by himself more. His been appreciating new things in life more. He has been much more curious and enjoying life more. He is also expressing a lot more of his emotions. He has been giving better eye contact and enjoys interaction with others better. He also has been showing more facial expressions. In general he is less upset and easier to calm down. He is sharing more with other children and getting less into impulsive non purposeful activities.


Fabio R. - Italy Age: 17 years
Physio: Fabio’s health has been good this period. His breathing is better. He is taking less medication and seizures are not any issue.

Physically: He can better control his body movements and he is overall less rigid in his structure.

Intellectually: Fabio is communicating more appropriately with others and he is better understanding the importance of communication with others in his life. He is much more aware in school and he is learning new materials well.

Socially: He has greater consideration towards others and as he is understanding the importance of communication more, it is opening up more opportunities to have exchanges with others in school and at home.


Mo E. - USA Age: 20 years
Physically: Mo is generally less rigid and therefore more comfortable in daily life.
Intellectually: Mo is continuing to do well intellectually. She understands well and conversations and subjects at her age level. Her language is more clear

Socially: Socially, Mo continues to be socially excellent for her age.


Taylor D. - USA  Age: 7 years
Physically: Taylor’s running has improved and he is doing well physically.
Intellectually:Taylor’s understanding is catching up to his age level. His attention span is better. He is also better at playing a game and paying attention to other players’ strategies.

Socially: Taylor is much better behaved. Transitioning from one situation to another is better.  His eye contact has improved and when he does get upset, it is much easier for him to calm himself down.


K. Martin - USA Age: 15 months
Physio: K. has been fairly healthy since his last visit. His seizures are less frequent and he is off his anticonvulsant medication. He is eating well and his digestion is much better. Constipation no longer is an isuue.

Physically: He has been crawling more down an incline floor and he will crawl about 15 inches on the flat surface in 20 to 30 minutes time.

Intellectually:He has been responding more to sounds and he is responding better to different tones of voice. He is also recognizing people better by their voice. He also has been making more sounds.

Socially: He is more curious and has been looking around more. He also has been smiling a lot more at what he is looking at.


Mikkel S. - Norway Age: 3 years
Physio: Mikkel’s health has been much better this period and he is also sleeping better. He has less seizures and he is gagging less. He also has been drinking much better. His digestion has improved a lot as well.

Physically: He has been moving around more and enjoys the time he spends on the floor. He is controlling his head better. His hans are stronger and he has started to occasionally feed himself with his hand.

Intellectually: Mikkel is much more aware of what is happening around him. He is better understanding voice inflection and less sensitive to sounds. He also is understanding more words and understanding his day better as to what will happen next. He is making more sounds and the volume of his voice has increased as well.

Socially: Mikkel is a much happier child. He’s been interacting with parents more and has been much more cooperative. Now he will calm down when comforted and has been smiling a lot more. He has been also starting to miss parents when they are not around.


Aurelie F. - France Age: 17 years
Physio: Aurelie has been in good health this past period.
Physically: Overall Aurelie continues to be less rigid. She is better able to fold her hands together, scratch her nose, or scratch her head. She also is better able to control her head now.

Intellectually: Aurelie is doing well in her second year of school. She is understanding the material well. She is now enjoying and understanding many different films.

Socially: Aurelie is seeking more interaction with others. She is doing socially well in school and following rules in class well. On their flight over to the United States, she behaved very well (the first long flight for her) She is modulating and adapting her emotions well in daily life. Now parents can leave her alone with a friend if they come over the house. At school, she is also trying to make new friends.

Neurological Age Changes: Her overall rate of progress continues to be 95% which is 250% better than her initial rate before starting program.


David R. -USA  Age: 4 years
Physio: David has been in good health this period and is adpting well to his new diet.
Physically: His running has improved and in general he is more coordinated.

Intellectually: David is starting to match words with pictures. He is following instructions better. He is adapting better to his daily schedule and now is expecting certain things to happen at different times in the day. David has also been saying some new words and trying to repeat other words as well.

Socially: David has been a much more curious child.  He has been exploring objects more. He also has been more interactive with tickiling and interactive games. He is also much more calm and gets angry less often.


Valmai T. - Norway Age: 9 years
Physically:Valmai is much less rigid especially in his hips and legs. His writing has improved and his spelling is much better.
Intellectually: Valmai continues to do well in his understanding. He is talking better and can sing quite well now.

Neurological Age Changes: His current rate is 89% and his overall growth rate sice starting the program is 226%


Liam M. - USA  Age:  10 years
Physio: Liam’s health has been excellent this past period. He hasn’t missed any school or hasn’t had any need for a doctor’s visit.
Physically: Physically, Liam has been doing well. He recently enjoyed being part of a basketball team.

Intellectually: Liam is better at following instructions. He is able to do basic math and has gained a better grasp at what happened yesterday vs. what will happen tomorrow. He is more comfortable in noisy environments and is generally less distracted.

Socially: Liam has been starting to greet people and introduce himself. His eye contact is much better and he is much less overemotional. He also has been spontaneously helping more at home and in school. He is problem solving better and much better at controlling his behavior.

Neurological Age Changes: This period his growth rate has been 175% which is almost three times faster than his initial rate before starting program


March 30- April 3, 2009
Aurora C. – Italy 9 years

Physically: She is moving in a more coordinated pattern and she is walking with improved quality in a medial stabilizer environment in a more coordinated fashion with her arms down to her side. She also can stand for 3-5 minutes. She is also using her hands more quickly

Intellectually:

She is now reading well at a second grade level and can do so in smaller print. The content of her language is equal to her peers and she is progressively doing better with her inflection. She now is writing more independently.

Socially: Socially she continues to do well and tries hard to please others.


Dominic S. – USA
9 years
Physio: Overall, Dominic’s health has been good. He no longer has sinus infections. He no longer is bloated and overall digestion is good. He is also sleeping well and rarely grinds his teeth.

Physically: Dominic continues to do well in his physical development and learns new activities and sports just as Taekwondo and gymnastics with pleasure.

Intellectually: He is doing well with his reading and reads books for pleasure as well. He continues to do well with his understanding and needs less re-explaining of instructions and concepts. He is doing better with his writing and it’s easier for him to find subjects and events to write about.

Socially: He has been smiling in response to a smile more consistently with others and overacts less to things that amuse him. He has been engaging much more with his family and figuring out how he can help different members of the family. He also has been engaging more with his peers independently. Overall he has been good in his consideration of others’ needs and emotions. Dominic also has a better ability to defer gratification over several weeks.

Neurological Age Changes: This period Dominic’s growth rate has been 114% and his overall growth rate since starting program has been 140% this is 162% faster than his growth rate before starting his program.


Tiera S. - USA
19 months
Physio: Tiera’s health has been excellent and the quality of her skin continues to improve.

Physically: She now is walking 1-1.5 meters independently using her arms to balance herself. If she loses her balance she is better at catching her fall or rebalancing herself. She is also using her hands better when picking objects up.

Intellectually: She is clearly identifying many pictures now and several words that she has been presented to by Mother. She is better at understanding the significance in voice inflection and has been associating sounds more to different events happening around her. She has a much better understanding of what is supposed to happen in a day and understanding at least 100 words in daily life and several simple phrases. She has been babbling much more in daily life and producing more consonant sounds.

Socially: She now appreciates playing interactive games and imitates others behavior. She is missing parents more when they leave the room and she has been much more assertive. She has been showing more eye contact as well.


Jennica Z. - USA  4 years
Physio: Jennica has been in better health this period. She used to get a lot more asthma and bronchitis.

Intellectually: She is identifying words better and matching them to pictures. She is more attentive to Mom when she is reading stories to her. She is starting to understand time concepts such as yesterday, today and tomorrow better. She is more interested in what her day will be like and often asks parents what will happen. She is also following 3 step instructions better. Her language is improving as well and she is better at telling short sequenced stories.

Socially: She is understanding more of what is expected from her and reacting more to facial expressions.

Neurological Age Changes: Overall her growth rate has been 80% which is 139% faster than her initial rate before starting program.


L. S. - USA  3 yrs

Physio: L. has been eating very well and overall has been sleeping better

Physically: L. has been starting to walk and is walking about 100 steps at a time.

Intellectually: L. focuses well with reading and is reading at a 1st grade level. She will also remember the words that she read a week later so she is retaining information as well too. L. is much better at understanding time concepts, spatial concept and he memory overall is much better. She also has been more successful at following a 3 step request. Her language is more clear and she is using more proper intonation in her voice.

Socially: She has been connecting much more with others and is much more outgoing over all. She is also much more aware of what is going on in her environment.


L. S. - USA   3 years

Physically: She has improved a lot in her manual function and can more accurately zip, unscrew, and can now take off her jacket.

Intellectually: L. is much more mature in her understanding and her communication. She has become much more complex and sophisticated in her analysis of what is going on. She is reading fairly well at a 1st grade level and understanding the proper sequence in what she read. She is understanding simple math and understanding concepts in basic games more. She has also become quite good in problem solving.

Socially: She has been problem solving a lot more for the family and giving parents her opinion and advice. When she gets upset, it is easier for her to calm herself down.

Neurological Age Changes: Currently her growth rate is 95%


Ana G. - USA  10 years

Physically: Her walking is more balanced and she is also writing more easily.

Intellectually: Ana has improved in her reading and also her understanding as it is easier for her to learn new material. She is better at figuring out math problems. She is also following instructions more consistently in daily life. Her language also has improved as she is speaking in longer sentences.

Socially: Generally she has been better behaved and it is easier for her to control her emotions.

Neurological Age Changes: Her current growth rate continues to be 113% faster than her initial rate when we first saw her.


Taylor T. - USA  11 years

Physio: Taylor hasn’t been grinding his teeth in some time. He is chewing his food better and overall has had better digestion.

Physically: His walking is more stable and he has better posture keeping his head up. He has been more successful with eating with a spoon.

Intellectually: Taylor has been visually much more aware. He has been looking out of the window and one day looked over a bridge to see what was underneath. He is getting better at choosing words and matching them to objects. He has started to understand his day and it’s structure much better picking up on queues such as we always grab our traveling bag when we leave home. When parents are leaving now, he will go and get the bag. Overall he is picking up on routines much better. He is also paying more attention when he is read stories.

Socially: He has been experimenting with objects a little more. He is pushing “baby-like” toys away and more interested in more sophisticated toys.

Neurological Age Changes: His overall growth rate is 391% faster than his initial rate before starting program a year and a half ago.


Connor G. - USA  10 years

Physio: Connor has been very healthy this period and eating very well.

Intellectually: Connor is doing better in his reading and is identifying words more consistently. He is following instructions better and getting a better understanding of board games. His language has also improved. He is better able to tell someone what happened over the weekend and is explaining things better in sequence.

Socially: Connor is better at deferring gratification. He is more considerate of others and will look out for them. He has been getting a long much better with kids in the neighborhood.

Neurological Age Changes: This period his growth rate has been 265% and his overall growth rate compared to his initial rate before starting program is 7 times faster.


Connor T. - USA  12 years

Physio: Connor’s health has been good this period and he has been getting over illness more quickly.

Intellectually: He has been problem solving better. He alos has been following instructions better. He is currently reading 1st to 2nd grade material. He is gradually using his language more appropriately in daily life. He has been writing more descriptions about pictures he sees.

Socially: Connor is doing better socially and is starting to defer gratification more and show more consideration for others in appropriate ways.

Emmanuelle F. – France Age: 7 years

Physio: Her health has been excellent since we last saw her a year ago.

Physically: Emmanuelle is now walking independently! Her balance has also significantly improved.

Intellectually: Emmanuelle is doing very well in school and in fact is pulling up other kids in her class who cannot yet read. Her reading is excellent and she is getting straight A’s!

Socially: Emmanuelle is doing very well socially and is very considerate of others and doing well with her peers in school.

Physio: Overall this period Jesse has been in good health

Physically: Jesse has been participating more in sports and has gotten quite good at some activities such as shooting a basketball.

Socially: Daniel has better insight into why he is upset. He is doing better as far as being aware of others’ needs and emotions. He can also better defer gratification and things that are promised.

Ida Marie H. – Norway Age: 12 years

Physio: Ida Marie has been in good health and her ability to focus is a little better. Her sleep has generally been good.

Physically: Overall Ida Marie is less rigid. She is using her legs more when she moves.

Intellectually: She is better able to follow instructions and is less distracted by sounds. She is much more mature in her understanding and she is more attentive to the content of discussions around her.

Socially: Ida Marie is controlling her emotions less and laughing less spontaneously. She is trying to integrate and involve herself more with others.

Physio: Davide’s health and digestion continue to improve with program. He no longer is having reflux and  no longer woken up by painful contractions in his abdomen. He also is better absorbing his nutrients.

Physio: Connor has had great health this period and he is much more resistant to colds. 

Physically: He is getting stronger each day in his program. He is much more self sufficient, dressing and going potty by himself.

Intellectually: His understanding is close to his peers now and he is problem solving more around home. He is speaking more loudly and his sentences are a little longer. He is speaking a lot more these days and he is easier to understand. His attention is better and now he can listen to stories for a longer period of time.

Socially: His tantrums are significantly less and when he has them it is much easier to calm him down. He is progressively getting along better with other children and now feeling sorry when he gets a time-out.

Physio: Derek has been generally in good health.

Physio: Bauer has been in good health this period and stronger overall.

Intellectually:His understanding continues to improve and it is not far behind his peers.

Socially: Socially Bauer is doing well. If his Mom asks him to remind her later to do something, he will go out of his way and do it later in the day.

Physio: This year Jorn-Petter had no acute illnesses and his immune system has been pretty strong. 

Physically: He is now walking straighter. He is more relaxed when he walks as well. He also is much more independent with his mobility and will often go to his room and close the door when he wants to be alone.

Intellectually: His attention is much better. He began to watch TV for 10 minutes. He is much more curious and showing much more understanding. He will now laugh and is trying to communicate more with others.

Physio: Joel has been in good health this period. 

Physically: He is much more coordinated in his physical ability and he is much better at catching a ball.

Physio: Aksel’s health has been generally better. He has had less colds this period. 

Physically: He is moving with greater ease and he is physically stronger and his balance has improved.

Intellectually:His understanding continues to improve. He is less sensitive to different noises he is showing more expectations towards parents and has a greater awareness of the world around him. He is also understanding more and more common words.

Physio: Her seizures and reflux are less, she is more alert and she is swallowing better.  Overall she is a much happier child.

Physically: Overall, her body is looser. She is starting to crawl better and figure out how her body should move.

Intellectually:She has been starting to identify some of the words mother is showing her. Her understanding is better. She is more aware of what is happening around her and will understand if grandfather is coming over for supper.

Nicolai R - Norway 11 years

Physio: His overall health has been generally good this period.

Intellectually: He is understanding stories much better and following instructions better and is much more aware of what is happening around him in daily life. He has been communicating more via facilitated communication and this allows him to be better understood by parents and others.

Socially: He is progressing in his social development. He is smiling more towards others and is maintaining better eye contact when spoken to. He has been showing more fascination in events that happen and recently greatly enjoyed a trip to the local firehouse.

Ingelin N.- Norway 6 years 7 months

Physio: Ingelin’s health has generally been good this period and she has gained some weight.

Physically: Parents feel that her arms, hips and legs are looser.

Physio: Anders’s general health has been good. He is in a happier mood more calm and sleeping well.

Nikolaj S.-B. - Denmark  3 years 4 months

Physio: Nikolaj has made graet gains in his physiology since he started program a few months ago. He is on a gluten, casein and sugar free diet and his behavior has dramatically improved. His doctor can no longer categorize him as “autistic” and his digestion and elimination are much better.

Intellectually: He is following instructions much better and he is better able to sit and listen to a story read by other. As he is more attentive, he now understands more about the story and how it relates to him and life.

Physio: His sleep has been better and his general health has been good. His chewing and eating is overall better.

Physically: He is now starting to creep up steps with the assistance of Mother. He is also using his hands a little better.

Intellectually: His memory is a little better and he is using it functionally better in life. He will come home from school now and may tell parents he remembered learning about dinosaurs in school. He is following multiple step instructions a little bit better than before. Now if Mom gives him a word he can tell her back it’s spelling.

Socially: He has been problem solving a little better for the family. Now when they leave home he may remind them to turn off the lights or not to forget jackets as it is cold outside.


Helena S. H. - Norway  11 years 10 months

Physio: Helena has had excellent health this past period. She has not had any major seizure activity since May 2008.

Physically: She has been swimming better and more independently and riding a 3 wheeled bike.

Intellectually: Her understanding continues to improve and she is enjoying being read to at a higher level and also enjoying more sophisticated movies.

Socially: She is reading into others emotions much better and is able to behave much more appropriately in different situations. She is helping more around the house and is much more independent in her activities.


Selina A. - Denmark  2 years 6 months

Physio: Selina’s digestion and elimination have greatly improved this period.

Physically: Selina is now much more mobile. She can now climb up and down from the bed, sofa and other furniture and trying to cruise around on her two feet using the furniture as support.

Intellectually: She has been making much more sounds and she tries to sing along with children videotapes. She has now started to imitate language.

Socially: She has started to imitate behavior and enjoys playing with new toys. She is more interactive with others and can be left to play for longer periods of time

Physio: This period Sofie has been in very good health. She is also sleeping better compared to before.

Socially: Socially Sofie is doing better and she can better explain her emotions to her parents and others.

Physio: Ingeborg continues to be in good health. Overall, her digestion and elimination are much better.

Physically: Ingeborg is independently walking for transportation! Her balance has greatly improved over the months and she can now bend over and pick up an object and then stand back up. She also has learned to crawl independently on a flat surface.

Lukas F.-L.- Denmark 7 years 10 months

Physio: Lukas has been generally in good health. He is much les hyperactive and in fact he is practically never hyperactive.

Physically: He is enjoying running and gymnastics. His coordination is better and he is overall stronger.

Intellectually: Lukas has gone back to school and is enjoying this a lot. He is much less confused in class. He is doing fairly well in his class and his understanding has greatly improved. He is not asking questions all the time as he had in the past.

Physio: Laerke’s energy has been much better this period and she has been generally in good health.

Physically: Laerke has been more mobile this period as she has had better energy. She can now crawl out of bed. She has better posture when she is sitting in a chair or riding a horse.

Frederik J.- Denmark 2 years 7 months

Physically: Frederik has made great progress in his mobility. He’s creeping all over the house and even has taken a few steps away from furniture when he was standing up. His manual function also has greatly improved and he enjoys playing with a play doctor’s kit!

Intellectually: His understanding is developing very well and equal to his peers.

Socially: Socially is doing very well also. He is problem solving in a great manner for his age. E once saw father was injured and offered to help him get better using his play doctor’s kit!

Physio: Catherina’s health is much better. She is much less irritated now and her sleep has greatly improved

Intellectually: Nicolai has been making good progress in his language and understanding. He is using more sentences to appropriately explain things that interest him.

Intellectually: William is understanding more detailed explanations of what people are doing and why. He is also following instructions better. He has more melody in his voice and speaking with more organized sentences. He will now tell mom things that happened in school.

Socially: William hasn’t had any major tantrums in 4 months. He is doing well in school and he is working better with others. He is starting to modify his behavior and starting to identify his emotions better.

Physio: Mathias has been in very good health this period and his sleep is much better. He has less of a chronic rash on his body. His nutrition has been a high priority for his health and it has paid off well. His energy level has been good and he has had good appetite.

Physically: Mathias is physically stronger. His ataxic movements are generally less and his body is looser. He has been crawling a lot and occasionally gets up to sit and props himself up on his elbows.

Intellectually:  He is understanding voice inflection much better and he is generally more in tune with his environment. This has made him more aware of his surrounds thus creating more interest in interacting with others around him.

Socially: Mathias has been smiling a lot more and has had better eye contact with others. He is much more alert and a happier child. He is trtying to interact more playing with parents and his toys.

Karla P. – Denmark 2 years 6 months

Physio: Karla is chewing and swallowing her food better. Her sleep has alos improved this period. She is generally more alert and her energy is better.

Intellectually: Karla’s understanding continues to improve- she is understanding basic statements now such as “It’s time to eat” and “Are you hungry” as well as other short phrases. She has been babbling a lot more and making more consonant sounds.

Socially: She wants to be outside more and she is a more cheerful outgoing child. She also has been smiling more to parents and snuggling more with others for comfort.


Laura K. - Denmark 3 years 3 months

Physically: Laura has been looser in her rigidity and is holding her head better.

Intellectually:Laura is much more aware of sounds in her environment and this has created more interest in her to go outside. She is also better understanding voice inflection. She is understanding things and events that are happening in her daily life better and overall she is more happy and alert. She has been also making some more sounds and is more vocal.

Socially: Shes smiling more to others around her and is now a happier child and not only enjoying others now but experiences as well.


Maya P. - Denmark 7 years 1 month
Physio: Overall Maya has had less colds this period.

Physically: She is much more stable in her walking and able to walk the stairs without holding on and she enjoys her program on the trampoline. She can fully undress herself now and is helping more when she gets dressed.

Intellectually: She is identifying and matching words to pictures better and following 1 step commands more consistently. She enjoys being read to by Mom.

Socially: Overall Maya is interacting better with Parents. She is picking up on social cues better with them and can now tell when Dad is serious if he says no.

Christoffer S. - Denmark 10 years 7 months

Physio: Christoffer’s general health has been good this period and he is doing well with his new diet. 

Physically: He is doing quite well physically and is enjoying the same activities as his peers in school.

Intellectually: Christoffer has graduated from the program and in school now the only thing that holds him back is that he may need a little more time to complete his work. Intellectually he has caught up with his peers!

Socially: Socially he is doing well and acting appropriately with his comrades in school and parents at home.

Guy B. - Denmark 7 years 9 months

Physio: Guy has been in generally good health this period.

Physically: He is stronger and can do much more in his physical program. His running is more stable and he has started to swim by himself at the swimming pool.

Intellectually: Guy is following instructions much better. He’s also doing well with Math and catching up to his peers intellectually.

Socially: Socially, Guy is making great progress. He has started to help others more around the house and he is interpreting social situations better. He is also controlling his behavior much better which allows him to work better with others.

Physio: Henning’s digestion is much better and his health has been good.

Intellectually: He is following instructions more consistently now and he enjoys being read to. He also likes participating in basic games such as Uno and understands to take turns.

Nuria C. - Mexico, 5 years

Physio: Nuria has been in good health this past period. Overall her digestion continues to improve 

Physically: She is starting to run. She is also better using her hands.

Intellectually:Her understanding has greatly improved. She is now getting a better grasp of spatial awareness in her understanding as to what is ontop or under something. She is following two step instructions more consitently and has even started to follow some three step instructions. She is picking up and understanding others’ conversations around her and she is also problem solving better.

Socially: She is communicating with others better and she is voluntarily helping around the house much more. She sets the table without being asked and helps mom with the laundry.

Neurological Age Changes: Currently her rate of progress compared to her initial rate is 193% faster.


Ana Sofia A. - Mexico, 2 yrs 3 month

Physio: Ana Sofia has been very healthy this period. Her hearing has recently been tested and she has gained 10 decibels in each ear!  She hasn’t been constipated this period.
Physically: She has been moving much more and makes tremendous effort in doing so!

Intellectually: She is following instructions better (without her hearing aids) and more present in daily life. She has been making more sounds and speaking a couple words.

Socially: She is showing much more character. She is resisting mother more and testing her and she is also enjoying accomplishing new tasks.


Raphael E. - Mexico, 7 Years 5 Months

Physio: Raphael has been generally in good health this period. His digestion and elimination are much better. 
Physically: He is more coordinated in his movement therefore he is walking and running better. His fine motor skills have improved as well.

Intellectually:His understanding continues to improve. He is following some instructions more consistently and having a better concept of spatial awareness and he is paying more attention to stories and things happening around him. He has started to read this period. His language is improving in quantity and quality.

Socially: He is showing a better range of emotions and is not so easily upset. If he does get upset, it is easier for him to calm down.

Juan Ramon E. - Mexico, 7 Years 5 Months

Physio: Juan Ramon has been overall healthy this period. His digestion and elimination are much better. 
Physically: He is jumping, running and gaining more confidence when trying new physical activities. Overall, his coordination has greatly improved.

Intellectually: His understanding has improved and he is not far behind his peers now. He is following instructions better and if he forgot the sequence, will still try to accomplish it.

Socially: Socially he continues to improve and is showing more concern and trying to protect his brother. He is generally expressing his emotions better.

Neurological Age Changes: Currently his overall rate of progress is 107% better since starting the program. This period his rate of progress has been 154%.


David P. - Mexico, 8 Years 3 Months

Physio: This period David’s health has made  excellent progress.  Overall, his digestion is much better. 
Physically: He is stronger and has better endurance in his physical activities.

Intellectually: He has been reading and identifying words more and has been starting to read phrases. He is following two step instructions more consistently and is having a better understanding of time. His language has doubled since his last visit and he is speaking more clearly.

Socially: Socially it is easier for him to transition from one situation to another. He no longer has tantrums where he would throw himself on the floor every day and now if he does, it will be at most a couple times a week. He’s been playing more fantasy games with toys and has been helping mom a little more at home.

Physiological: Gustav has generally been in good health this period.

Physical: Gustav has been running better with gains in endurance and coordination. It is also easier for him to hop on one foot.

Intellectual: Gustav is continuing to work on his reading and his understanding is improving. He is following instructions better and with greater ease.

Socially: Gustav is continuing to develop emotionally and it is becoming easier for him to express and control his feelings.

Rate of progress: Overall Gustav is growing at a rate of 110% which is 216% faster than his initial growth rate of 51%.


Victoria K., Denmark, 1 year 4 months

Physio: She has been in good health and eating well. She can now tell her parents when she is hungry.

Physically: She is more mobile and has been using her hands more and can hold her head up. She has made good progress in her tactility and enjoys hugs and kisses.

He has been sleeping well and his asthma has been better.

Physically: He is now walking with greater ease. His balance has improved and he is walking up and down stairs much better. He has started to try and skip and jump more.

Intellectually: His reading continues to improve and he is creating more sentences himself. He is also following instructions better. His language is much more clear and when he is not understood, he will now repeat himself.

Socially: Nicolai continues to do well socially. He is problem solving more for the family and trying to engage groups of other children more.

Physio: Martin’s general health has been good this period. He recovered fairly well from two illnesses without antibiotics. He has been eating better and actually now enjoys his meals.

Physically: Martin’ balance and coordination have improved and he is now walking independently and can do so even on grass.

Intellectually: He is now matching images to words better and is taking pleasure in his intellectual program. He is enjoying stories parents tell him more and he is following their instructions better as well.

Socially: Martin continues to improve and he has been helping parents a little more when they are dressing and undressing him.

Cindy G., France 16 years
Physio: Cindy has been in good health this period. Her mood has been very good as well. She is not hitting and biting herself anymore.

Physically: Cindy has a better posture. She loves swimming and this has been fantastic for her physical structure. She is much more independent in taking care of herself.

Intellectually: She is much more calm and easier to reason with. She also is following instructions better. Her level of concentration has improved. When she is focusing on a television show she likes she will remain focused for it’s entirety.

Socially: Cindy has greatly improved. Now Mom can take her over to her friend’s house for supper and Cindy will behave which was something she did not do before. She can now clearly see the connection between her behavior and consequences. She has been much more interactive and has been trying to engage groups. Cindy enjoys helping and is doing so more and more at home. She has also been considering others emotions. Recently when mother was upset, she hugged mom and said “don’t cry mom”.

Physio: Physiologically, this has been a very good period for Catherina. Her energy level is better. She is eating better. Her digestion is better and she has less skin rashes. She has also put on more weight.

Socially: Now that she is physiologically better, she is much more pleasant and has been showing more emotions and has been overall much more reflective. She told mother via her facilitated communication board “I was made, because I have difficulty and I need to rely on you”

Physio: Her digestion has greatly improved and constipation is no longer a problem now. She has gained 2.5 kilograms in weight which is fantastic for her. Her drooling has significantly decreased.

Intellectually: Caroline is much more aware and a happier child. She has been responding more and is more interested in sounds in her environment, especially funny ones.

Socially: There is much more interaction between her and her parents. She has started to laugh this period.

Neurological Age Changes: Her growth rate this period has been 95% which is 395% faster than her initial rate when she started the program.


Benjamin E., Denmark 4 years
Physio: He generally has had good energy and been sleeping well. Benjamin has also had good digestion and is slowly gaining more weight.

Physically: Benjamin is much stronger now. His crawling has improved and he has started to creep. His standing is much more stable and he has started to swim independently and is very proud of that.

Intellectually: Benjamin continues to enjoy reading with his mother.

Socially: Benjamin is continuing to do well socially. He is participating in groups more and following the rules. He gets less easily frustrated and upset. He has been very proud of his hard work and likes to show he can do things himself.

Aurelie F., France, 16 years
Physio: Aurelie’s rigidity has significantly decreased this period and she has been in good health.

Physically: Aurelie has been enjoying her physical program which has greatly helped her structure be more loose. Due to the decrease in rigidity she is able to use her hands more which has helped her to start to communicate more in school and at home.

Intellectually: This period Aurelie has made some great qualitative changes. She has successfully entered school and is doing well. She has surprised her teachers with her level of understanding compared to her peers. Aurelie has also been trying to communicate more with others.

Socially: She has been interacting much more with others and has made some good social gains.

Neurological Age Changes: Aurelie continues to grow at 102% which is 264% faster than her initial rate.


Anders B. - Norway, 9 ½ years

Physio: He has been well except for a minor cold.  He is much less tight in his rigidity, he is sleeping much better, his bowels movements are more consistent, he is no longer drooling and his breathing is much improved 

Physically: He has gone from barely capable of crawling on his belly to crawling 80 meters in a day.  He will transport himself in a good cross pattern for the first time in his life.  The function of his hands are much improved and he can now grasp and object and let go when he wants to.  His posture is improved while sitting.

Intellectually: He is much more aware of situations around him, he is responding quickly to conversations directed to him and can concentrate better.  He can now consistently locate sounds in his environment, and relaxes and enjoys when parents and helpers read him stories.  He has begun to read and can read nearly 300 words now!

Socially: He is calmer and more at ease in social situations. He smiles at others and initiates social contact on a consistent basis now.  He transitions to new situations easier now.

Neurological Age Changes: His neurological growth rate is 373% better than before program


Bendik . - Denmark, 14 years old

Physio: Bendik has continued to be very healthy for the past 18i months.  The seizures he has suffered in the past are less intense and he is able to recuperate much faster following these events. After seizure he  needed to sleep – now he does not

Physically: He is beginning to knee walk, and at the evaluation he was able to creep for 6 meters virtually independently with some encouragement.  This is something he has not been able to do for many years.

Intellectually: From a tactile sense, parents are able to cut his hair and give him affection. He is responding well and quickly to conversations now – before there has always been a large delay.

Socially: He smiles more and is making much more consistent eye contact with everyone he is in contact with.


Cecilie H.,  2 ½ years old

Physio:  Her sleeping is very good now and her immune function is improving.  She had only 2 minor illnesses this period.  She is a happier child now and is much more interactive.

Physically: she is creeping on her hands and knees now nearly 600 meters in a day and once crept as much as 1000 meters.  She is stronger and can up and down steps easily and can hold herself in a standing position independently for up to 7 seconds

Intellectually: She is much more aware and interested in the environment around her.  She is curious about everything now and makes comments on it.  She is able to indicate clearly yes and no with her head and with her language of sounds, can indicate happy, sad mad, and anger.  She now understands the difference between up, down, inside, on top of and outside.  In terms of her hearing, it is much less sensitive and she can go out in public much more often and not be upset – this has helped the family go out more and have more social time!

Socially: She gives hugs and kisses now, she plays with her sisters and others.  She smiles to people now spontaneously for the first time.  She is more emotionally able to adapt to new situations.

Neurological Age Changes: This period she progressed 161% of an average child and compared to her previous rate of growth, she is growing neurologically 328% faster!


Selina, Age: 2 years old

Physiologically : She is much healthier this period – she only had 1 infection, the chicken pox.  Before, she would have multiple illnesses. Most of the time now she will sleep thru the night and this is a big change since beginning the  program.

Physically: She was not able to creep on hands and knee 6 months ago but now she can in very nice cross pattern.  She creeps at least 600 meters per day and 800 meters on a day when that is all she does! She can now stand up and cruise using furniture for support.  In addition she can stand 4 seconds independently in the middle of the floor.

Intellectually: She is recognizing more words thru her reading program, she laughs at the right time with cartoons, she reacts faster to sounds and understand a great deal more about her environment. She now reacts well to hot, cold and general pain.  Before she was dull to all these sensations.

Socially: She is much happier, more cooperative in daily life, she shows more emotions such as jealousy and anger and joy. She can tell parents what toy she would like to play with and will want to play together!  She is now becoming appropriately ‘shy’ with strangers and imitating her family members actions.  With those people she likes, she is beginning to ‘flirt’ with them


Karl August J., 8 years old

Physiologically: Karl has begun to really grow! He has gained weight 3kg in 6 months, his muscles all over his body are getting stronger and more defined, and his chest is bigger.   He is healthier this period having only a few minor colds lasting a few days.  He is much happier and energetic these days.

Physically: Karl has begun to crawl on his belly for transportation – he has never done this before.  He is crawling 150 meters a day and can sit independently in the middle of the floor without falling over. He is beginning to swim independently and loves the water! Initially he was scared of the water and now he is totally relaxed and thriving.  His uncoordinated movements have decreased.

Socially : As mentioned above he is happier and enjoying doing his regiment of program and exercises.  He is a charming boy!

Intellectually: He has become much more sensitive to smells, textures and feeling throughout his body. He has made a great progression in his reading and math studies.  He is very proud of his  intellectual changes.

Neurological Age Changes: His overall growth rate is 130% of an average child this period.  This represents a growth rate of 300% better than before the program


Frederik J., 2 years old

Physiologically: He is in good health and is much less ill than the other children. Parents say it is like a cloud has lifted from his head and he is really improved in his ability to focus and concentrate.

Physically: Frederik has begun to creep on his hands and knees.  He can creep in a good cross pattern 400 meters in the day now.  He is stronger and less tight in his body.  He is beginning to stand at furniture independently. All of these physical abilities are new.  He is eating with a fork and can now take his socks and shoes off.

Intellectually: He can correctly identify as many a 50 words now. He can also speak 20 words for the first time.  He can visually focus on very small items from far away and close to him.

Socially: He is more independent, happy, engaged with other and progressing according to his age now.

Neurological Age Changes: His growth rate is 134% of an average child and this rate of neurological improvement is 200% faster than before the program.


Sofie T. - Denmark, Nearly 13 years old

Physio: She has been very well in terms of her health this period - having only a cold for 2 days.

Physically: She crawls now 400 meters in day and does so in a very nice patterns now.  She is creeping on her hands and knees 2000 meters in day.  She walks with greater balance, much better posture and her knees and feet are straighter. She is stronger and less rigid in her body

Intellectually: Parents report her development this last 6 months has been very good. In the evaluation she was able to write a few words with Dad barely holding her wrist.  She was able to think of words and write them correctly. Her reaction time in conversations has improved. Her ability to handle the noise in restaurants and other environments has aloud her to enjoy being out socially.  She can clean up her room independently.

Socially:  She was extremely cooperative during the evaluation.  When she sees a minor problem around the house she will try to solve it.


Sofie P. - Denmark, 4 ½ years old
Physio: Sofie’s health continues to be very good.  She is sleeping a little bit better and her bowel function is remarkably improved

Physically: She is walking under the overhead ladder 1000 meters in a day.  She can  walk up and down steps independently holding onto a rail. She  is more capable of getting on and off furniture and physically using  her body independently. She is stronger and more coordinated and can also now  cruise with furniture independently

Intellectually: She is as smart and organized as her twin sister now.  The biggest development is the speed that she reacts to questions and situations aroung her  - it is now equal to her sister.Although she does not have more words of speech ( 10 ) she is babbling  much more and the infelction in her sounds has greatly increased.  She now has a loud belly laugh!

Socially: She has made a big improvement in her effort to be independent and try things herself.  She is no longer completely dependent on mom and allows Dad to be involved with her. She does now want to try many tasks. She is getting better with zipping her clothes, using buttons, eating, and pouring and drinking liquid.

Neurological Age Changes: Her neurological growth is 201% faster than before program


Preben S., 8 years old

Physio: Preben is looser in his body. He has had some minor illnesses this period but overall this is an  improvement.  He is stronger, happier and has more energy to complete his day

Physically: He has gone from crawling on his stomach a few meters a day to crawling over 150 meters and getting in the creeping position! He can crawl in a pattern that is now close to a crosspattern. He can use his right hand now and pass object from his right to left.

Intellectually: He is now reading sentences for the first time since his injury and  doing many workbooks correctly. He has improved in his language in that he has more words (1000), speaks twice a much as before, is more understandable to friends and strangers, and thinks and reacts more carefully when he speaks. He can now follow a four step request and concentrate better on tasks. 

Socially: He is calmer, more considerate, and helpful.  He is constantly asking parents how can he help. When he is around his friends he is thinking more and quietly taking in the  social information better. He was very cooperative during the evaluation

Neurological Age Changes: His neurological growth rate is 261% faster since beginning the program


Oscar P.N. - Denmark, 5 years old

Physio: Generally he has been very well in terms of health over the last year. He is physically much stronger.  His hips are better located and more functional

Physically: He has learned to creep independently on all four limbs and does so over 800 meters a day.  He can now sit independently for the first time. His rigidity in his body has greatly decreased.

Intellectually: He can now follow consistently 2 steps requests and is now.  He is much more comfortable in noisy environment and can now enjoy restaurants and amusement parks.  He now understands nearly 1000 words of language.  He also now understand spatial orientation

Socially: He is happier, displays his smiles to others, cooperates more in days to day exchanges with mom and dad.  He is beginning to play fantasy games with others

Neurological Age Changes:  His  neurological growth rate is 134% better than before program


Matilde P. - Italy, 15 yrs.

Physio: She has grown physically this period and she is sleeping better.  A half year ago her energy was a 1/10, now it is a 5.5 / 10

Physically: She is getting looser in her body now and her body’s structure –esp her chest is improving.

Intellectually: She had a great year in school.  She was able to  complete her school work and get good grades.  She is able to communicate thru facilitated communication with 4 people now

Socially: Although school is difficult in terms of keeping up with the academics and homework, Matilde continues to adjust very well to the social integration.


Mathias R. - Norway, 11 ½ yrs

Physio: Mathias continues to make gradual improvement in the decrease in the tightness of his body.

Physically: He can walk 2.7 km nonstop on a treadmill and his feet are more easily going flat.  As the period progress he continues to get stronger and fitter. He can now hop on 2 feet without his right foot buckling under him.  His penmanship has reduced 30% in height and he can write faster.

Intellectually: Mathias is doing better in school.  He needs to now study only 25% more to do well in retrieving information for tests. His organization in day to day life has improved and now it is at 75% at home. He is now equal to his peers in understanding.  In language, he can explain himself much better than 6 months ago.

Socially: He is more sensitive to ’read’ the social situations around his friends and family.  He no longer says inappropriate embarrassing things around others.  His self motivation to follow the rigorous program for his healing is outstanding

Neurological Age Changes: His growth rate according to an average child is 168% better than the average child and it is 300% better than before the program


Laura K. - Denmark, 2 ½ yrs

Physio: Laura is so much happier now – she rarely cries in the day and does not cry at night any longer.  She is now going longer periods of time sleeping without waking up.  She has had no major illness this last 6 months.  She is no longer constipated.

Physically: The tightness in her body has greatly reduced and she now displays a tonic neck reflex.

Intellectually: Laura is not consistently responding to sounds, textures, and smells.  She is consistently comforted by stimulation and affection.  She recognizes when her loved ones are around her.


Laerke P. - Denmark, 11 years old

Physio: Her energy has greatly improved in this her first period of program following the FHC protocol. Her digestion and elimination has improved.  Her rigidity and use of her arms and legs has also very much improved, and she is stronger.

Physically: She is creeping on hands and knees much faster, easier and farther than 6 months ago.  In addition to creeping well, she has begun to go swimming and she is  thriving.

Intellectually: Concentration and awareness is much improved. She is beginning to help mom when she thinks mom needs to remember things.

Socially: Emotionally she is more stable, happier, more alert and interactive.  She is more cooperative with less conflicts when doing her program and doing things with mom and dad


Isak S. - Denmark, 7

Physio: This period isak began sleeping according to a much more reasonable schedule.  For years he would rise at 3 am and go to bed at 5 pm. Now he rises at 6 am and goes to bed at 8 pm. The entire family sleeps better now too! In addition his digestion and bowels are better

Physically: He is creeping easily now 400 meters a day and has begun to cruise for transportation.  His balance is better in that he can more easily rise and descend when cruising on furniture and picking things up.

Intellectually: He is reading independently 3 rd grade fiction books for the first time and when evaluated on the material achieves a 90%. His understanding continues to grow and he is now ready to do facilitated communication.  He now follows a 2 step request consistently, now day to day and week to week time references and does basic math of multiplication / division quite well.

Socially: He is now for the first time interacting with parents  and beginning to give them spontaneous affection of hugs and kisses.

Neurological Age Changes: His growth rate since beginning the program is 166% better than before program.


Inga W. - Norway, 7 years old

Physio: She has been very healthy in the last ½ year – she is sleeping great now.  Although not perfect yet, her mood is better – she is much more cheerful and cooperative than ever.

Physically: She is beginning to take independent walking steps.  She is cruising for transportation and is able to walk the overhead ladder over 600 meters a day.  She can stand up in the middle of the floor using furniture and stand for seconds nonstop. Her ability to swim has greatly improved as she can move independently move in the water

Intellectually: She is beginning to follow a 3 steps request and can do this at least 3 times per day.

Socially: She is eating with a spoon now and washing her hands with some support.  She aspires to be more independent.  A few weeks ago during the family vacation she integrated well and cooperated well with the family.  Parents report this represents a  big development for Inga.


Ida F. - Norway, 12 ½ yrs.

Physically: Ida is much less rigid in her upper body.  She is now able to sue her hands well enough to drink from a cup independently and can use utensils now with slight support.

Intellectually: She is reading at her age level and able to answer sophisticated questions about the material.  She now goes to school with her peers and aside from math, she is able to  keep up with the classes

Neurological Age Changes: Her neurological growth rate is over 300% better than before the program


Celilie H. - Norway, 22 years old

Physio: She has been healthy and steadily getting stronger and has more energy.  Her energy has tripled in the last 6 months.

Physically: She is walking 4 km a day, biking 10 km 3 days a week, swimming  1000 meters 3 days a week, crawling 200 meters 3 days a week. She can do an independent cartwheel for the first time!

Intellectually: She is more outgoing now and displaying  more emotions with others.  Before, she would rarely smile and now smiles much more throughout the day. Now reading at the 4th grade level, spelling words very well now

Socially: Laughs more, imitates others, and allowing others to hug her now.

Neurological Age Changes: She has grown 20 months in 6 months of program for a growth rate of over 300% better than and average person and 800% better than before program


Bendik V. - Denmark, 14 years old

Physio: Bendik has continued to be very healthy for the past 18i months.  The seizures he has suffered in the past are less intense and he is able to recuperate much faster following these events. After seizure he  needed to sleep – now he does not

Physically: He is beginning to knee walk, and at the evaluation he was able to creep for 6 meters virtually independently with some encouragement.  This is something he has not been able to do for many years.

Intellectually: From a tactile sense, parents are able to cut his hair and give him affection. He is responding well and quickly to conversations now – before there has always been a large delay.

Socially: He smiles more and is making much more consistent eye contact with everyone he is in  contact with.


Anna B. - Denmark, 4.5 yrs

Physically: “Since our last visit the greatest thing that happened for Anna is that she is walking. This has given her and us a great new world.”  Anna is walking for transportation
Intellectually: She is understanding more of what is said to her and will try to be sweet when parents are upset with her. Has begun to use her first words sometimes saying Mom or Dad.

Socially: When playing with parents she is anticipating and waiting with excitement in tickling games and is trying to imitate more than before.


Christoffer S. - Denmark, 10 yrs

Physio: Made significant changes in cognition and attention when he became completely gluten, casein and sugar free.

Physically: His older brother commented recently how well Christoffer is playing soccer this year compared to last year. 

Intellectually: He is now reading fluently and with good comprehension at a second grade level. He reads for pleasure and will laugh at humor as he reads. He is understanding at age level when read to, talked to and watching movies. He can now relay an event, movie or something he learned in order and with details. He went from writing single words to being able to write several sentences about his summer.

Socially: He is playing and interacting more with his peers now and can take charge in a game. Before he would stay with parents when out socially. He recently went to Disney World and was able to enjoy the experience even trying things before his brothers would. When he went three years ago one of his parents had to stay in the hotel room with him the entire time.

Neurological Age Changes: His growth rate is 451%  faster than before the program and his degree of injury has gone from being moderate to mild.


Elia C. - Italy, 12.5 yrs
I
ntellectually: He is calmer and no longer constantly putting his hands in his mouth.Vision has improved and he can see more detail and see further away. Given time he is able to type some letters by himself.

Socially: He is more focused and can stay with his friends from school and watch a movie. Through facilitated communication he can explain his emotions


Fabio R. - Italy, 16.5 yrs

Physically: More capable of using his mobility to assist others who care for him by putting his feet down and pushing to get up on feet in order to get and almost sitting up.

Intellectually: He enjoys reading for pleasure and comprehends well in school.

Socially: He can handle disappointment when he has to wait for something he was looking forward to.


Ida L. - Denmark, 2.5 yrs

Physio: Ida is happy, sleeps well and enjoys her program.

Physically: She can now stand up in the middle of the floor and walk and is walking for transportation.

Intellectually: She understands daily concepts now explanations of things she needs to do. She can now feel pain and pull away from it and feels and enjoys being tickled. She is trying to say words daily

Socially: When playing with parents she is anticipating and waiting with excitement in tickling games and is trying to imitate more than before.

Neurological Age Changes: Her growth rate is 133% faster than before the program.


Karla P. - Denmark, 2 yrs

Physio: Karla has been generally healthy and is much happier and is no longer constipated.

Physically: She is beginning to sit on her own, has better head control and is moving more. She is seeing and grabbing her toys.

Intellectually: She is now seeing details and can see colored pictures, peoples faces and reacts to facial expressions up close. She is now understanding so words and simple phrases.

Socially: She is beginning to respond to interaction and anticipates tickling in an interactive game.


Liva P. - Denmark, 1.5 yrs

Physio: She is off her seizure medication with no signs of seizures.

Physically: She reaches out for toys when she hears them.

Intellectually:Her vision has improved and she follows toys now and will occasionally look at Mom’s face.

Socially: Has begun playing a game with parents where she bags her hand and will laugh when the parents also bang their hands.


Lukas L.F. - Denmark, 7 years

Physically: Lukas is stronger and can now hop on one leg several meters.

Intellectually: He has greatly changed in his understanding, memory and organization. He recently asked Dad to allow him to go into a store and get the groceries by himself. He was able to go in remembered to return bottles, buy several things and paid. Parents say: “We have seen a complete change in Lukas. He is now ready to go to a regular school. He’s much more mature and can have good conversations. He is more calm, can write letters, seems to be in control of his feelings and does not get upset changing from one thing to another.”

Socially: He is not so much in his own world. He has become a big brother and is taking responsibility for his brother and helping Mom.

Neurological Age Changes: Her growth rate is 541%  faster than before the program.


Marie K. - Norway, 10 yrs

Physically: She has better balance and coordination and can now hop on one foot several meters.

Intellectually: She can now read independently simple books that Mom creates for her using the words she has learned (six months ago she could only read single words) Her understanding has improved and she is beginning to play simple board games with one other person. Her language has improved greatly 6 months ago she only used sentences 20% of the time and now speaks mostly in sentences and she is understood by others 90% of the time as opposed to 50% 6 months ago. She also uses new words daily.

Socially: While she is still hyperactive she can now stay on task for 20-30min. She pays more attention and has better eye contact. She I in better control and can “pull herself” together. She is more independent with her dressing and bathroom needs. She can be left alone outside and inside for short periods of time safely now.

Neurological Age Changes: Her growth rate is 341% faster than before the program.


Mark S. - Germany, 6.5 yrs

Physio: Mark has had continued health for the past year.

Physically: When they are out and Dad is having him stand between his legs holding him he can bare weight for 20-30min. He now also has a walking reflex.

Intellectually: His understanding has improved in daily life and he is more aware of and responding to conversation understanding when he is being talked about and wants to join in. He responds to Grandmother talking to him on the phone.  He tries to answer questions.

Socially: He is more happy and content now than in the past.


Maya P. - Denmark, 5-1/2 yrs
Physio: Maya has been healthy and has gained weight but the best has been that she is now sleeping through the night. This began after fruit was eliminating from her diet. Parents are very happy as they are now getting a good nights sleep. She is also calmer.

Physically: She can walk down some flights of stairs now without holding. She can jump on the trampoline herself. She now has the ability to run a few meters.

Intellectually:Having good sleep has helped her to be much more alert an aware during the day of what is going on around her and what is being said. She has improved in her understand and now follows many more simple instructions.

Socially: She is showing an interest in may things now and wants to investigate around all parts of the house. Her manual ability has improved to the

point she can now unlock a door to investigate in the room.  She is also investigating when out. She plays with her sisters more.

Neurological Age Changes: Her overall growth rate is 219% faster since beginning the program.


Niocolai G. - Norway, 6 yrs

Physically: Can hop on the trampoline. Has begun to take a few steps of running.

Intellectually:He now communicates in sentences using a combination of verbal words and signs. He understands and responds to conversations he over hears even when things are just described.

Socially: He is calmer and cooperates more. He enjoys life and the people and world around him and wants to be involved more rather than being in his own world.


Otilia H. - Denmark, 8 yrs
Physio: She has continued with good health this period.

Physically: She has better balance and on the trampoline when other children are jumping can keep her balance, does jumping jacks, jumps sideways, and turns 180 degrees. She is taking small steps on a staircase, climbs a ladder and was able to join the family for a river walk over stones and rocks and her cousins for skiing on green slopes.  She began to swim short distances without a float.

Intellectually: She is now sitting, listening and responding to a story read to her for 15 – 30 min. Before she could only sit briefly. She laughs now when something is funny.

Socially: This is the area she has improved the most amoungst many changes she now: can go to a restaurant with the family, seeks eye contact and approval for behavior, crys with tears and shows remorse and great joy, is more attentive to communication. Mom says :her new skills have made us feel like a “normal” family being able to participate in social activities with friends and family without having to take special precautions for Otilia.”

Neurological Age Changes: Overall growth rate is 326% faster since beginning the program.


Petrine S. - Norway, 8 years
Physio: Petrine has been sleeping well and has improved in her chewing and swallowing. She has had no seizures in the last 6 months. She also is no longer constipated which was a large problem at her last visit.

Physically: She can hold her head up better.

Intellectually: She enjoys learning geography. When read to at a 7-8 year old level she is now able to fully comprehend the materials and correctly answer questions on the main idea, sequence, facts and vocabulary.

Socially: Petrine enjoys being with other children at school.

Neurological Age Changes: Her growth rate is 236% faster than before the program.


Siljie U. - Norway, 22.5  years

Physically: She is less rigid. moves her body more freely and her running is more coordinated and fluid.

Intellectually: She is reading better now reading with good speed and full comprehension at a 12 year old level. She uses new words and can explain ideas better. Her spelling, grammar and punctuation is better. She is now able to write a story with and beginning, middle and end and a main point which she has never been able to do before.

Socially: She is in better control of her emotions not getting as angry as often


William F. - Denmark, 6.5 years

Physio: He has been reducing his medication and his seizures have been less.

Physically: He is now running.

Intellectually: He is understanding more and following up to four steps in a direction. He is speaking in sentences and paragraphs and will relay to Mom events that he has been involved in and even ones he over heard being discussed. When he is relaying an event he will even reflect on what was happening and ask questions as to why things were happening that way. He was able to read by choosing words and phrases at his visit.

Neurological Age Changes: His growth rate is 168%  faster than before the program.


William R. - Denmark, 8 years

Physio: After being very ill at his last visit William healthy again and has regained his abilities and energy.

Physically: He has been crawling an average of 50 meters in a day and is not crossing his legs much. He is really in trying to be more independent by trying to feed himself, turn pages in books, get off the couch.

Intellectually: He communicates through language and facilitated communication. He has improved in this area and now communicates more comfortably around others and has begun to ask questions for the first time. He wants to do this himself and practices everyday. He loves to learn and has been learning through practical situations. He has enjoyed growing seeds, visiting a farm and harbor amongst others.

Socially: He has enjoyed outings with his friends and being with other children and has over come some of his fears by seeing others do things that make him nervous.

Neurological Age Changes: His growth rate is 320% faster than before the program.


Gustav B., 8 years

Physio: Gustav has generally been in good health this period.

Physically: Gustav is continuing to work on his reading and his understanding is improving. He is following instructions better and with greater ease.

Intellectually:Gustav is continuing to work on his reading and his understanding is improving. He is following instructions better and with greater ease.

Socially: Gustav is continuing to develop emotionally and it is becoming easier for him to express and control his feelings.

Neurological Age Changes: Overall Gustav is growing at a rate of 110% which is 216% faster than his initial growth rate of 51%.


Aurelie F. - France, 16 years

Physio: Aurelie’s rigidity has significantly decreased this period and she has been in good health.

Physically: Aurelie has been enjoying her physical program which has greatly helped her structure be more loose. Due to the decrease in rigidity she is able to use her hands more which has helped her to start to communicate more in scholl and at home.

Intellectually: This period Aurelie has made some great qualitative changes. She has successfully entered school and is doing well. She has surprised her teachers with her level of understanding compared to her peers. Aurelie has also been trying to communicate more with others.

Socially: She has been interacting much more with others and has made some good social gains.

Neurological Age Changes: Aurelie continues to grow at 102% which is 264% faster than her initial rate.


Benjamin E. - Denmark, 4 years

Physio: He generally has had good energy and been sleeping well. Benjamin has also had good digestion and is slowly gaining more weight.

Physically: Benjamin is much stronger now. His crawling has improved and he has started to creep. His standing is much more stable and he has started to swim independently and is very proud of that.

Intellectually: Benjamin  continues to enjoy reading with his mother.

Socially: Benjamin is continuing to do well socially. He is participating in groups more and following the rules. He gets less easily frustrated and upset. He has been very proud of his hard work and likes to show he can do things himself.

Neurological Age Changes: Overall his growth rate continues to be 140% better than his initial rate when he started the program.


Caroline L. - Denmark

Physio: Her digestion has greatly improved and constipation is no longer a problem now. She has gained 2.5 kilograms in weight which is fantastic for her. Her drooling has significantly decreased.

Intellectually: Caroline is much more aware and a happier child. She has been responding more and is more interested in sounds in her environment, especially funny ones.

Socially: There is much more interaction between her and her parents. She has started to laugh this period.

Neurological Age Changes: Her growth rate this period has been 95% which is 395% faster than her initial rate when she started the program.


Catherina C. - France, 8 years

Physiologically, this has been a very good period for Catherina. Her energy level is better. She is eating better. Her digestion is better and she has less skin rashes. She has also put on more weight.

Intellectually: She still enjoys reading and this period has been trying to communicate more with helpers and mother.

Socially: Now that she is physiologically better, she is much more pleasant and has been showing more emotions and has been overall much more reflective. She told mother via her facilitated communication board “I was made, because I have difficulty and I need to rely on you”


Cindy G.- France, 16 years

Physio: Cindy has been in good health this period. Her mood has been very good as well. She is not hitting and biting herself anymore.

Physically: Cindy has a better posture. She loves swimming and this has been fantastic for her physical structure. She is much more independent in taking care of herself.

Intellectually:She is much more calm and easier to reason with. She also is following instructions better. Her level of concentration has improved. When she is focusing on a television show she likes she will remain focused for it’s entirety.

Socially: Socially, Cindy has greatly improved. Now Mom can take her over to her friend’s house for supper and Cindy will behave which was something she did not do before. She can now clearly see the connection between her behavior and consequences. She has been much more interactive and has been trying to engage groups. Cindy enjoys helping and is doing so more and more at home. She has also been considering others emotions. Recently when mother was upset, she hugged mom and said “don’t cry mom”.

Neurological Age Changes: Overall, her rate of progress compared to her initial rate is 195%


Romane H.- France, 2.5 years

Physio: This period, Romane has been  eating better and no longer cries during feeding which was a concern. She is sleeping much better and her overall digestion is better.

Physically: Physically she has been moving down the incline floor 10 times a day to play the xylophone with parents and helpers.

Intellectually: Her vision continues to improve and she has been carrying more interest in colored images as well as detail. She has been recently smiling in response to others when they great her.

Socially: She has been developping well in her emotions as well. Now more of her character is becoming apparent. Shes been getting along well with her brother.

Nicolai A. - Denmark, 5.5 years

Physio: Ingelin has been in good health this period. Her seizures are no longer a big problem and her reflux has decreased. Her eczema is much less this period.

Physically: Henrik has become stronger. He has been enjoying swimming this summer and horseback riding.

Intellectually: She continues to enjoy reading with her mother- and is understanding social situations much better

Socially: She has been trying to participate more in conversations that are on speaker phone. She also has been trying to communicate more with her mother and helpers.

Martin E. - Norway, 7 years

Physio: Martin’s general health has been good this period. He recovered fairly well from two illnesses without antibiotics. He has been eating better and actually now enjoys his meals.

Physically: Martin’ balance and coordination have impropved and he is now walking independently and can do so even on grass.

Intellectually:He is now matching images to words better and is taking pleasure in his intellectual program. He is enjoying stories parents tell him more and he is following their instructions better as well.

Socially: Socially, Martin continues to improve and he has been helping parents a little more when they are dressing and undressing him.

Neurological Age Changes: Overall, Martin’s rate of progress compared to his initial rate is 131%


Nicolai A.- Denmark, 5.5 years

Physio: Nicolai has been in good health this period and in a much better mood. He has been sleeping well and his asthma has been better.

Physically: He is now walking with greater ease. His balance has improved and he is walking up and down stairs much better. He has started to try and skip and jump more.

Intellectually:His reading continues to improve and he is creating more sentences himself. He is also following instructions better. His language is much more clear and when he is not understood, he will now repeat himself.

Socially: Nicolai continues to do well socially. He is problem solving more for the family and trying to engage groups of other children more.


Thorstein H. - Norway, 6 years

Physio: His digestion has been much better this period. His energy level has been much higher these past months so he has been much happier as well.

Physically: Benjamin is much stronger now. His crawling has improved and he has started to creep. His standing is much more stable and he has started to swim independently and is very proud of that.

Intellectually: He has begun to communicate with mom using a choice board and is happier that he can express himself more in this manner.

Socially: Thorstein has been enjoying watching european football and is following matches with his father

Physio: She has been in good health and eating well. She can now tell her parents when she is hungry.

Physically: She is more mobile and has been using her hands more and can hold her head up. She has made good progress in her tactility and enjoys hugs and kisses.

Intellectually: Victoria is much more aware and attentive of her environment. She has been responding much better to sounds.

Socially: Victoria has been smiling and a happier child. She is expressing her needs and can be left alone for a short period.

Neurological Age Changes: Overall her growth rate continues to be 167% better than her initial rate.


Henrik W.- Norway, 11 years

Physio: Henrik has been in good health and overall his seizures are less intense.

Physically: Henrik has become stronger. He has been enjoying swimming this summer and horseback riding.

Intellectually: Henrik is in school and doing well. He is getting along well with his teacher, assistant and other students in the class and enjoys following their curriculum.

Socially: Henrik is participating more in group activities. He has joined an orchestra with his peers and has started to learn to play the drums.

Neurological Age Changes: This period, Henrik had a growth rate of 118% and his overall growth rate from since he started the program continues to be at 100%
