Payment Information
Please read below for payment information for the different seminars, including costs, methods of payment and our liberal refund policy.
“How to Help Your Child with Special Needs” Seminar
The fee for this 3-day Seminar is $615 per person, or $1,000 per couple. (We encourage Mom and Dad to attend together!) A deposit of $300 per person should accompany your Seminar application. The balance is payable on the first day of the Seminar. Only parents who have attended “How to Help Your Child with Special Needs” are eligible for an appointment at The Family Hope Center.
Two-Day Appointment at The Family Hope Center
The fee for a two-day appointment at The Family Hope Center is $3,450.00. A 50% deposit ($1,725.00) should accompany your Application. Your appointment will be confirmed, and your dates will be reserved, upon receipt of the completed Application and deposit. The balance of the fee is payable on the first day of your appointment.
Refund Policy
In the event of a cancellation, any fees received will be refunded as follows:
Cancellation 30 or more days in advance: 90%
Cancellation 29 to 15 days in advance: 50%
Cancellation 14 to 7 days in advance: 30%
Cancellation less than 7 days in advance: 0%
Exceptions to this policy will be made in the event of medical emergencies within the immediate family, as documented by a letter from a physician or hospital.
Methods of Payment
Payment may be made by personal check, with a MasterCard or Visa, or by bank wire transfer.
Checks. Checks should be in U.S. Dollars only, payable to The Family Hope Center.

Bank
Wire Transfer.
Families who have submitted an application for a seminar or appointment with The
Family Hope Center, and who have made an initial payment of $225.00 or more by
credit card or check, may make subsequent payments by bank wire transfer.
Instructions for paying by wire transfer will be given to these families on
request.
If paying by bank wire transfer, please add the amount of the fee your bank charges for making the transfer to the amount you ask your bank to send. Please also ask your bank to include your child's name in the information it sends with your payment. Thank you!
